CH 27 - WHO IS THE CAKE FOR ?

Gemini's car stopped in front of Liming's house, the boy ran out to greet him, his eyes turned to the inside of the car because he discovered that Fourth was also there. Gemini intended to go into Liming's house for a bit. After all, it was raining. He planned to go to the cemetery until it stopped raining.

"P' Gemini, call P' Fourth to come inside with you, sitting in the car like that forever will be very uncomfortable."

Gemini turned to look at Fourth, who had not dared to get out of the car, just sitting silently and looking bewildered. He approached and knocked on the car door, calling out to him

"Come in"

Fourth hesitated for a while and then had to step down, because he saw his serious eyes. Fourth opened the car door, followed his umbrella and went inside. The first time in his life he entered a house other than his own, Fourth only dared to slowly walk behind him, his eyes involuntarily looking around the house.

"Gemini came?"

Liming's parents sat in the house looking out, saw Liming leading Gemini inside and immediately welcomed him. Mr. and Mrs. Li's eyes looked up at Fourth standing next to them and were stunned for a few seconds. Gemini knows that bringing Fourth in here will remind them of someone. Gemini bowed to Liming's parents, he quickly ran next to them and sat down.

"Um... this is Fourth, my housekeeper."

"It's raining today but Gemini still took the trouble to come here?"

"It's okay, I promised Liming anyway."

Gemini gently patted Liming's head, while Fourth could only sat quietly listening to everyone's conversation. After a while, Mr. and Mrs. Li did not stay longer, the two of them left private space for the young people. Liming had been looking out the house window, looking at the sky as the rain gradually stopped, then turned around and called Gemini

"Hey, the weather has stopped"

"Um, let's go"

His car stopped as usual at a familiar corner at the cemetery. Gemini got out of the car, holding the cake box in hand, waiting for Liming. Gemini looked up at Fourth sitting in the co-pilot's seat. He knew he shouldn't let Fourth come here, but because of reluctance, he now had to let Fourth sit and wait.

"Fourth, wait for me here, I'll be back in a bit"

Fourth knew he shouldn't interfere in his personal life and had no right to ask him why he came here. The first time he witnessed him bringing his cake to the cemetery, Fourth suddenly wondered if he often brought it here, if he had ever tasted the cake he made.

"Wait a minute, I'll share the cake with you later."

Liming stood outside the car looking in the window, he promised to give him the cake that Gemini gave his brother. Deep in Liming's heart, he saw Fourth as his older brother, even though this was only the second time he met him. If you ask Liming about whether Fourth is like Likang's older brother, then the person to blame here must be him. When Gemini first met Fourth, he also recognized him as Likang, not to mention a five-year-old child like Liming. However, it is no exception.
