The story is happening in the mid-2000s. Most of the cars are from the 90s and JDM.
The story revolves around two street racing teams and their leaders. Speed Dragons had recently moved to the North side of the country, into the territory of the notorious Rising Suns team. As a new team in town, they want to prove themselves from the start and challenge the local team to a race. However, there's a turn as the leaders of both teams meet for the first time, or at least they think it's the first time.

This team includes Kim Hongjoong, Jung Yunho, Song Mingi and Choi Jongho.
Their official colours are yellow, orange and red.
