Father and Son

After Vados and Champa departed back to Universe 6, Y/n enters his Father's castle and makes his way down the corridors to his chambers, where Beerus stretches as he stands. Goku and Vegeta were also present. Y/n waves awkwardly to them as he stands in front of Beerus, then bows.

Y/n: Father... Goku, Vegeta... I would like to apologize for my outburst.

Goku and Vegeta simply nod to the hybrid, and Beerus watches his son and sighs.

Beerus: Look son, I forgive you. I understand your frustrations. But do not disrespect me like that again, or else there will be consequences.

Y/n straightens up and nods.

Beerus: Now then, Goku, Vegeta... Go and recruit two more fighters. Whis, escort them to Earth.

Whis: Right away my Lord, come now you two.

Goku and Vegeta nod and the two each grab one of Whis ' shoulders as Whis takes off for Earth, a large pillar of light engulfing him as he does.

Beerus then stretches and walks by Y/n, who had a curious expression on his face.

Y/n: Wait, what am I supposed to do?

Beerus: Oh, well son... That's easy.

He turns to him, a smirk on his face.

Beerus: You're going to be fighting your old man, you're going to be the next Destroyer of this universe... So it's high time I test your might against my own.

Y/n falters, unsure of himself. But then he thinks about something Vegeta told him. That Saiyans are not only a warrior race, but proud warriors at that. In that moment, Y/n takes a deep breath, closes his eyes, and nods before exhaling as he reopens his eyes, a determined look in his eye. He was going to show his father that he's a warrior too, he was determined to show his resolve.

Y/n: Alright, let's do this Father!

Beerus' smirk only widens.

Beerus: That's precisely what I wanted to hear.

Without another word, Beerus rushes Y/n, appearing behind him in a blur of speed and going for a chop to the neck, which Y/n barely sidesteps as he grips his father's wrist and goes to knee him in the stomach, but Beerus brings his knee up to block the attack before punching Y/n through a wall of his castle, sending the hybrid flying. Y/n catches himself and his eyes turn emerald green as he looks up at Beerus, the look of determination never leaving his eyes as his hair turns gold and spikes up and he rushes over to Beerus, going for a spinning kick to the back of his head, but Beerus drops down and catches him by the leg, tossing him away. As Y/n catches himself again, he grits his teeth and powers up, lightning crackling in his aura as his hair becomes even spikier. He fires several Ki blasts at Beerus, but Beerus deflects them all with relative ease.

Beerus: Come on Y/n, stop playing around and show me the full extent of your power. You know very well that those forms are inferior to your Ultra Ego.

Y/n grits his teeth and drops to his base form, then brings both his arms to the side as he begins powering up, Beerus' Planet rumbling as his power skyrockets, his hair turning a fuschia color as his eyes also become fuschia, but his eyebrows disappeared. His muscles also grow larger as his aura envelops him.

Beerus: Look at all that raw power, far beyond what a Saiyan is normally capable of.

Y/n: Tch...

He rushes Beerus, going for a punch to the face, but Beerus side steps and knees Y/n in the stomach, saliva flying out of the hybrid's mouth as he doubles over, but he looks up at Beerus with a smirk as he grips his leg before tossing him into the air and following up with a knee into Beerus' stomach, causing him to double over. However, Beerus immediately grips one of Y/n's wrists with his tail before headbutting him and knocking him back to the ground.

As Y/n raises to his feet again, Beerus lands in front of him, holding a Ki blast to his head.

Beerus: You still have a ways to go before you surpass me, son.

Y/n looks up at his father and reverts to his base form, sighing.

Y/n: I knew I wasn't on your level, but to think I was this outclassed puts things into perspective...

Beerus cancels his Ki blast and places both hands behind his back, a smile on his face.

Beerus: However, I will commend you. You performed well enough. And since you did, I will tell you about your mother.

Y/n: Wha... Really?

Beerus: Yes, really... Now then, this was say... 40 years ago.

~ Flashback ~

On Planet Vegeta, Beerus had requested a fine maiden of the Saiyans and he lounged on a bed that was prepared for him in a room King Vegeta had set aside for the God. Now, he awaited the maiden. The sound of the door creaking as it opened caused Beerus to sit up and face the door, seeing a beautiful Saiyan woman, who seemed a little shy.

Maiden: H-hello, Lord Beerus... I was told you wished for a maiden, so... I, uh, I'm... Ready for whatever it is you want, my Lord. Anything you want, I will grant.

Beerus watches her with a curious expression and he smiles.

Beerus: You're... Quite cute.

The maiden blushes and hides het face, stammering.

Maiden: Y-you are too kind my Lord...

Beerus: Hm... For now, you may simply call me Beerus.

Maiden: H-huh? B-but my Lord-

Beerus: Beerus. That is my name.

He gets up and walks over to the maiden, shutting the door behind her. He takes her hand and smiles at her.

Beerus: And what is your name?

The maiden's face goes beet red and she stammers again.

Maiden: I... I am M/n...

Beerus: What a beautiful name. You seem different from the other Saiyans I've met, they're normally battle driven and confident. You seem meek.

M/n: I-... Well... I don't really like to fight, Beerus. I normally just... Patch up the real fighters. My sister's the same way, but recently she's been at home with her children...

Beerus: I see. And your sister, what is her name?

M/n: Gine. She has two beautiful boys, Raditz and Kakarot.

Beerus: I see. Tell me something...

He lifts her chin and smiles at her.

Beerus: Would you also like a child?

M/n's face goes red, but she nods.

~ Flashback End ~

Beerus: That... Is how I met your mother, Y/n.

Y/n: Wait a second... You said her sister had two children, what were there names again?

Beerus: Ah... Raditz and Kakarot. I suppose that means-

Y/n: GOKU IS MY COUSIN!
