"Ugh why do we have to get so many ingredients for this Japanese cheesecake." Riku whines as him and Asami were now walking together after school as they were on a mission to the supermarket to get the ingredients for tomorrow's booth.

"You were the one who suggested to the whole class that you wanted Japanese cheesecake. So the only person to blame is yourself." She says as he scratches the back of his head when he remembers.
"Oh yeah hehe.."

"But still I didn't think that it needed this much ingredients. I'm just always so used to eating it, not helping to bake it." He complains as Asami could just roll her eyes.
"You're a slacker and you don't help. Pick a struggle Maeda." She said as he groans and lightly pushes her away.
"You're so annoying Kudo." He mumbles before grinning because he knew that what she said was true.

Riku stops walking all of a sudden as it weirded Asami out. She looks back at him who was staring at something as his eyes were wide open.

"Why'd you stop walking-" she wasn't able to finish her sentence off as Riku had dragged her into a corner so they could hide.

"Hey what's the big idea?!" She exclaims as he shushes her.
"Shh, I'm trying to spy on someone right now." He says as she furrows her brows together.
"What?!"
The girl looking over as she tries to see who Riku was spying at.

"Who are you spying?" She asks.
"That guy that's wearing a suit. He's my umm maths tutor. He helps me with my other assignments as well. This is my first time seeing him out on the streets." He says as Asami tries to find a guy wearing a suit.

After much looking, she finally sees a man wearing a suit. He looked like he was in his late twenties. He wore glasses, dark brown hair that was styled. He was the most gorgeous person Asami has ever seen in her life. She didn't understand what it was about him but his visuals were so astounding that he looked as if he came straight out of a book. How did Riku find someone like him as a math tutor?

"And why is that weird exactly that you're spying on him?" Asami says.
"Because he's always so secretive with his life. I want to know what he does when he's not working." Riku says.

The man that they were spying at was Soren. They watched as he walks over to a flower shop.
What was he doing at a flower shop?

A woman went out of the flower shop. Seeing by the looks of it, she must be working there because she was wearing an apron whilst holding onto a watering can, about to water the flowers outside.

"Soren. You're here again. I haven't seen you in a month." The woman stated as she smiles at him.
"Miss violet. Sorry that I haven't visited, I've been really busy. My students aren't making it any easier for me." Soren replies.

Riku scoffs when he hears that. He knows that him and his friends were a handful but he didn't need to tell someone about it 😒.

"How many times do I need to tell you to not call me miss. We're the same age Soren." Violet says.
"I feel more comfortable calling you miss." He replies.
Riku could see that he had a sad smile on his face as he says that. He wonders what this woman has to do with Soren and if she's connected with his past.

"The same as ever I see. Why'd you come by to visit." Violet asked as she waters the plants.
"(To see you) I came by to get some new flowers." Soren says bluntly.
She looks at him in confusion. "What happened to the ones from last month? They can't die that fast." She asks.
"One of my students broke the vase and stepped on the flowers when he was running around the place. They're basically dead now, so I came by to get some new ones." He answers.

Riku grimaces. Soren was talking about Ryo and Sakuya. Those two were playing tag in his office and Ryo had knocked down the vase and Sakuya had stepped on those flowers, breaking the stem. You could imagine what a hay day it was for them when Soren found out.
