Fate and Destiny

A week after the skill evolutions, Iris brought up a ridiculous suggestion, even by Feiyun's standards.

"World System skills?"

Iris nods, "Yes. It was mentioned by Lady Mother but these skills are about the same concept as ours. I was wondering if we could convert our Herrscher powers into something like it."

"We don't have anything to create skills, do we?" Feiyun stated with a shrug, "How broken do you want the balance to become?"

Iris stared at her blankly, "I don't want to hear that from you, of all people."

"Hey!"

"Anyway, they may be needed for our final battle." Iris said, concluding their short discussion, "I'll think of something."

Feiyun never thought that Iris was serious until she arrived in the other world and Iris reminded her of the conversation again when she was having dinner for the first time in that world. 

"You are crazy..." She told Iris through a private <Thought Communication>, "You actually managed to do it?"

<I have <<Skill Creation>> and I applied whatever knowledge I could with what I received from the Voice of the World. I understand the concept now.> Iris said with confidence, <I will create one for you now if you're willing to give me access to your Ultimate Skill for a few minutes. Also, you shouldn't be calling me crazy when you are crazy yourself.>

"Hey!"

Feiyun grumbled inwardly, it was a repeat of their previous conversation but now she decided to give in and allow Iris to give her a World System skill. It wasn't like Rimuru would forbid them, right? Desperate times call for desperate measures.

<Done. Since we have our Sanctuaries, I took the powers from there and applied them to the World System skill.> Iris explained to her, <It shouldn't be hard for you. You can bend cognition to your will too so I'm sure you can use it without trouble. This skill will give you that extra boost you need against Feldway. Your plan was perfect in the first place anyway. I'm simply making sure it's a 101% success.>

Feiyun hummed in thought once she checked her new skill, "Wow, are you out to torture that guy or something?"

<Was that not your plan?>

Feiyun chuckled inwardly, "Oh wow, you know me well now already."

<Mm. Remember that you are a large factor in this plan, so don't screw up.>

"Yes, yes."

Never did Iris expect Feiyun to fall into a coma, which gave her many reasons to panic. Thankfully, it had been easy to pull Feiyun out of it so she could breathe a sigh of relief.

Third Person POV

Now, back to the present, Feldway emerged from the <World of Samsara>, the World System skill that Feiyun had gotten from Iris. He blinked in confusion as he took in his surroundings. Those he had fought were inside the Colosseum and were all uninjured despite all the fighting they did.

"How...?"

He winced when his mind began to piece together the events. His face turned a few shades paler when he realized that, this entire time, he had been fighting in a world that looped infinitely from the moment he arrived. The last battle he had was the 200th cycle before Feiyun had pulled him out of it. Now, all of his hands were shown.
