♫ ❝(Help me) you make me perfect. Help me become somebody else.❞♫

Today was the day, the first day of my new life at the prestigious Ninjago City College. It was an institution reserved for the best of the best, and yet, somehow, the First Spinjitzu Master had managed to secure my enrollment, most likely due to my high GPA from my previous world.

The apartment he had provided was a simple yet comfortable space. It consisted of one bedroom, one bathroom, a spacious kitchen, and a living room, all on a single floor. Located in the middle-class part of Ninjago City, it was a far cry from the cramped quarters I had called home, but it would serve its purpose.

The clothes I had been given were simple, practical, and unassuming. Plain T-shirts, flannels, and pants were my wardrobe for the time being. I chose a pair of baggy black jeans, a white shirt, and a black flannel to wear for my first day.

After fixing my appearance in the bathroom, ensuring that I looked presentable, I left my apartment with a sense of anticipation. The sky was a deep shade of blue, adorned with fluffy white clouds, and the air was crisp and invigorating.

I made my way to the college, the buildings towering over me like sentinels. The campus was bustling with activity, students chatting and laughing as they made their way to their respective classes. I felt a twinge of nerves, but I pushed them aside. I was here for a purpose, and I was determined to see it through.

Despite the overwhelming sense of longing for my siblings, I knew that my task was clear and simple. Find Zane, and I could return home. The thought of having to leave them again, of having to watch over them from afar, weighed heavily on my heart, but I knew that I had to prioritize my mission.

Time was of the essence, and if the note from the First Spinjitzu Master was correct, I had roughly a couple of months to find Zane before I would have to return home. The thought of having to leave my family behind for another extended period was unbearable, but I had no choice. I had to find Zane, and I had to do it quickly.

As I made my way through the college, I took in the sights and sounds of the bustling campus. I had to attend my first class, which was science for an hour, followed by lunch, and then engineering for another hour. It was a simple schedule, but one that I had to follow if I wanted to blend in and keep my mission a secret.

As I walked through the halls, I tried my best to examine everyone's faces, searching for any clues that might lead me to Zane. The students around me were a diverse group, each with their own unique features and personalities. Some were tall and lean, while others were short and stocky. Some had long, flowing hair, while others sported short, spiky haircuts.

I walked past a group of students who were laughing and chatting, their faces animated with excitement. They were a lively bunch, and I couldn't help but feel a pang of envy. They were here to learn and grow, to make friends and create memories that would last a lifetime. And yet, I was here for a different reason, a reason that weighed heavily on my heart.

As I continued my tour of the school, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was being watched. I glanced around, my senses on high alert, but saw nothing out of the ordinary. It was just my imagination, I told myself, but the feeling persisted.

Finally, I stood before the door of my first class, my heart pounding with a mix of excitement and nerves. I took a deep breath, pushed open the door, and stepped inside, my eyes widening as I took in the sea of seats before me. Hundreds of them, yet only a handful of students occupied them, their faces a blur as they settled into their seats.
