"Calling on You" by Jon B was blasting through my bedroom speakers, setting the perfect vibe while I got ready for the day. I couldn't help but sing along, feeling every word. Jon B really came through with this one—such a classic. I was finishing up my makeup, adding the final touches of blush, a little highlighter to make me glow, and some eyeliner to make my eyes pop. Since I just got my lashes done, I didn't even need to mess with strip lashes today.
I grabbed my setting spray, giving my face a quick mist to lock everything in place. As I checked myself out in the mirror, I couldn't help but make a few silly faces.
"Purr, I look the fuck good," I said, hyping myself up. I knew I was on point today.
I snapped a few selfies, capturing the glow and confidence I was feeling. After checking the best angles, I posted them to my Instagram story.
