Inside the Magic Council Hall we see a bald man with a long black beard with little hair of moustache around his lips is holding what seems to be the paperwork for Erza becoming the Guild master. This is one of the councilman as well has one of the 10 wizards saints called Jura Nekkis.

Jura: All the paper work looks to be in order. (places in his pocket) Erza Scarlet as Guild Master, excellent choice indeed.
Levy: (smile) Then that means it's official now! Fairy Tail is a Guild again!
Jura: (nodded) Let's hope that we'll have more good news with Makarov's return.
Levy gasp before looking down at the floor with a little saddened expression on her face.
Levy: Yeah...
Jura still smiles and nods, despite seeing Levy's sad exprrssion.
Jura: This is bittersweet. You've been a great help to the Council. We will miss your dilligence and dedication.
Levy: (puts her hand at the back of her head) Oh, thank you!
Jura: (looks over to Warrod) Warrod, you seem to be in a good mood today.
Warrod: (smile) Mmm... Well I thought the guild splitting up was a joke, and this certain events proves my theory.
