The scene takes place at the briefing room of the Defense Force as the leaders were watching a recorded video of Y/N as Kaiju No 8.
One of the leaders was a bald man with a scar right on the bottom of his cheek all the way down to his jawline and his name was Keiji Itami.

Keiji: Kaiju No 8. I still can't believe a boy who became a Kaiju found his way to infiltrate the Fairy Tail guild. And a Daikaiju of all things. We need to deal with this as soon as possible.
Then two more of the leaders let out the proposition on what to do with the knowledge of Kaiju No 8 in their disposal. Though one of them had an eye patch on his left eye revealing to be Juzo Nogizaka.

Juzo: We should keep it under wraps like Kaiju No 9. I heard rumors that one country and other guilds are experimenting with Kaiju to human tissue transplants, we should say nothing.
Keiji: The obvious move would to be to dispose of him and use his body to develop a new weapon.

The leaders turned attention to a very tall and muscular middle-aged man with short blond hair, a moustache and beard, big wild yellow eyes and thick, messy eyebrows that usually shows a serious look on his face. This is Isao Shinomiya, the director general of the Defense Force and Kikoru's father.
