Keiji: Director General Shinomiya has finished the examination. Lastly, we'd like to hear what you and Captain Ashiro have to say on the matter, Fairy Tail.
Makarov: Very well.
Mina: Of course.
Keiji: We heard that Y/N L/N was there helping on rebuilding Fairy Tail as well as reuniting its members. He was also part in taking down the Avatar and rescuing Makarov in the clutches of the Alvarez Empire.
Erza: Yes, and he was a huge asset in all of it.
Juvia: My Darling is the best!
It then shows the profile of Y/N.
Keiji: (looking at Mina) Our reports also say that you known him for quite some time now.
Mina: Yes sir, I have. But that doesn't mean I have given him any special treatment.
Keiji: I see.....
Natsu: (whispering) This is making me just want to take a nap.
Gray: (whispering) Yeah.
Erza then delivers a punch at the top of Natsu and Gray head.
Erza: (annoyed, whispering) Shut the hell up! We're in a middle of a meeting!!
Gray: (dizzy) Of.... course.....
Natsu: (dizzy) Aye......
Juzo: Just so we're all clear, our decision has more or less been made. Your testimony is mostly a formality for the paperwork.
Scientist 1: Which means nothing you say will have any influence regarding the bureau's verdict on Kaiju No 8. We simply want you to understand you bear no responsibility, the final outcome is out of your hands.
Lucy: What?!
Natsu: (angry) Now hold on just a minute! That's just unfair!
Gajeel: I agree with the Salamander.
Laxus: Same here.
Gray: You can't do this to us!
Erza: Natsu and the others are right. It sounds as if you want us to stay out Y/N's life for your own personal agenda.
Juzo: That is not the case!
Natsu: Then what is?! Because all you're doing is just toying with Y/N's life! (slams his fist at the table) And for what?! Because he turned into a freaking Kaiju without a choice?!
Juvia: My Darling deserves all the happiness and freedom, not to be experimented by some stupid scientists and wanting to know on how he ticks!
Mina: Sirs, if I may.
Keiji: You may speak.
Mina: (breathes in and out) I don't know if Y/N L/N is human or Kaiju. I will have to leave that to the specialist. But that's not my place. In fact, I am here to report on his record on him being a part of Fairy Tail.
Makarov stayed quiet as he started to hear on what Mina was going to say.
Mina: In his first mission on taking down Avatar, he was essential to taking down not only their organization, stopping the attempted massacre on a city in order to please their god. He was even able to beat and destroy the God of War Ikusa-Tsunagi that was summoned and could've wipe out everything in its way for it not for him. He is an incredible hard worker and saved his friends many times. Especially in the operation of rescuing their master Makarov and his battle against one of the Spriggan 12, he was able to beat him in the end. His actions that day saved their master.
