After few days

Varun, oblivious to the chaos unfolding around him, was trying to get his life back to normal. He had been avoiding Anshuman's curious glances and focused on his work, determined to put the memories of Prisha behind him.

On the other hand, Anshuman's eyes widened as he stared at the financial reports on his screen. A transaction of 30 lakhs had been made from TechNovva Solutions' account, but there was no record of who had authorized it or where the money had been transferred.

He felt a knot in his stomach as he called the finance team into his office. "What do you know about this transaction?" he asked his voice firm but controlled.

The team leader, Aysuh, shook his head. "Nothing, sir. We didn't receive any request for a transfer, and we certainly didn't process one."

Anshuman's mind was racing. Who could have made the transaction? And why? He thought about Varun's recent distraction but dismissed the idea. Varun wouldn't be involved in something like this.

"Get me the bank's transaction details," Anshuman instructed. "I want to know where that money went."

As the team scrambled to comply, Anshuman couldn't shake off the feeling that something was off. This was no ordinary transaction. Someone was hiding something, and he was determined to find out who.

Anshuman's call to the bank yielded nothing. The representative on the other end seemed just as baffled as he was. "I apologize, sir, but it appears to be a ghost transaction. We have no record of who initiated it or where the funds were transferred."

Anshuman's frustration grew. "A ghost transaction? How is that possible?"

The representative hesitated. "It's possible that someone with high-level access to your company's account made the transfer. But without more information, we can't pinpoint who."

Anshuman's mind was racing. Who could have such access? He thought about his team, but couldn't imagine anyone being involved in something so brazen.

"Can you at least tell me when the transaction was made?" he asked.

"Yes, sir. It was made three days ago, at 2:47 AM."

Anshuman's eyes narrowed. Who would be working at that hour? He made a mental note to review the company's security footage.

"Thank you for your help," he told the representative. "I'll need to investigate further."

As he hung up the phone, Anshuman couldn't shake off the feeling that he was dealing with something sinister. Who was behind this mysterious transaction, and what was their motive?

Anshuman and Devansh sat in the conference room, discussing the mysterious transaction. "We need to get to the bottom of this," Anshuman said, his brow furrowed with concern.

Devansh nodded in agreement. "I'll call Rachel and the Cybrox team. They're the best in the business, and if anyone can help us uncover what's going on, it's them."

Anshuman nodded, feeling a sense of relief that they were taking action. "Keep me updated on their progress. I want to know as soon as they find anything."

Devansh pulled out his phone and dialed the number. "Rachel, we need your help again. We've got a mysterious transaction that we can't trace... Yes, I'll send over the details. Get your team on it ASAP."

As Devansh hung up the phone, Anshuman felt a sense of determination. They would get to the bottom of this, no matter what it took.

The Cybrox team, led by Rachel, arrived soon after, armed with laptops and a fierce determination to uncover the truth. They set up shop in the conference room, ready to dive into the mystery of the unknown transaction.

Who was behind this cryptic transfer? What sinister motive drove them to action? The answers, much like the truth, remained shrouded in darkness... for now. Check in next chapter to unravel the mystery.
