Episode 16

On the way back, Lisa kept Replaying Jennie's rhetorical question in her mind  "What do you think?" Every time it was played back, Jennie's original tone and inflection became more and more blured. Each different emphasis seemed to reveal a new meaning.

By the end, Lisa couldn't remember the initial tone of Jennie's words at all. She didn't dare to think greedily anymore, that if Jennie didn't deny it completely, maybe it means she still had some lingering feelings for her. If her well-intentioned concern is only some kind of harassment for Jennie then even she herself would feel disgusting and spurned.

Lisa feeling depressed, warned herself to not entertain anymore wild fantasies and act rashly.

After the group returned to the film and television center, they began to record and select students non-stop. There are no special rules for this segment. It is purely according to the mentor's wishes, and they can choose the trainees they want to guide or who feel more suitable for them in order.

Regarding the order of selection, Lee young and Su Eunmi were originally gentle and consideration, indicating that they can select first. However, the director arranged for them to perform rock-paper-scissors for the richness of the post-production highlights. Lisa's luck was declining, and she was the first one to be out. Young and Eunmi followed closely, and Jennie triumphantly seized the priority. Lisa didn't really care, anyway, the only one she had to pick was Chaeyoung. It didn't matter if she picked it early or late. Chaeyoung hasn't overtaken to the point where she will be taken away first anyway.

But she never expected that Jennie, who was cold-eyed and outspoken to Chaeyoung in the competition, unexpectedly put Chaeyoung's name tag under her name on the whiteboard after taking the first shot of the task.

Young and Eunmi looked surprised, and Lisa was even more surprised.

"It seems that Teacher Kim is still very optimistic about Chaeyoung." Su Eunmi joked.

Jennie said lightly."I just think she can be better."

"It seems to be the deep responsibility of love." Lee Young touched the non-existent goatee, pretending to be deep.

Lisa forced a smile to go along with him, but inside she felt torn.

Although she had just made the determination not to annoy Jennie but due to Jisoo's instructions and her affection for Chaeyoung, Lisa half joking and half tentatively complained. "Teacher kim picked Chaeyoung away all at once I wanted to pick her too." After speaking, she looked at Jennie expectantly.

This has just started recording, and editing can be done later. If Jennie shows a little bit of her willingness to change another person, it is perfectly possible.

But Jennie seemed to have not received her signal at all, and asked indifferently. "Ms. Manoban is going to steal people from the beginning? I need to ask the director if there are any rules for stealing people?"

Lee young still holding a bit of grudge, actually didn't want to interrupt. But for variety shows, if you don’t speak, you don’t have a sense of existence.
