"Y/n?"

The called female who was busy in her work,looks up to see Wooseok who was standing right at the entrance of her cabin,staring at her like he was going to eat her up alive.

There was anger in his eyes never like before. Even though they had just gotten engaged a few days ago,she was expecting softness in his behaviour in his eyes but there was quite the opposite.

"Yes Sir?"

Flashing him a salute as she stands up,she just silently watches him entering and closing the door before turning around to face her again.

"Why did you close Hwang Jaehan's case without investigating it further when I had specifically told you not to"

Staring at him for a few moments,she opems her mouth to speak up freely,finally.

"Jaehan was a p!dophile who used to assault kids at his orphanage. And Jungkook did kill him but it was justified since I have looked at the proofs from the adoptive parents and people near the orphanage so eventually it was the decision to close the case"

His hands were formed a fist,out of fury. His teeth were gritted but he tries to keep his composure at all costs.

"But did you care to insult the heads or even me?"

"Was there a need to,Sir? He assaulted literal children and he's dead so why do we had to continu-"

"Why did you take Jungkook's name out of it?"

She frowns,seeing him dragging Jungkook's name in the conversation out of nowhere.

"What he did was right. No one had any complaint about his actions of killing Jaehan"

"Are you seriously going to defend a Ruthless Monsterous Mafia who goes around killing people for fun? Really? Have you stooped this low now to defy the laws and defend a Mafia?"

She didn't know where this was going but no matter how much she hated Jungkook,it was no lie that what Jungkook had done to Jaehan was better than all the judicial laws of the coubtry.

"I'm not trying to defend his crimes Sir but I will defend the punishment he gave to Jaehan,that's all I want to say"

"So the judicial system of our country is dead now that Mafia's have to punish criminals?"

She chuckles,forgetting who was standing in front of her and what he meant to her at all.

"Yes Sir. Sorry to say but yes,the judicial system of our country is dead,it's like it wasn't even here because when rapists and assaulters are roaming around freely where is the law and judiciary of our country then? I'm very sorry but i'm with Jungkook in this case,and I would not put his name in this case as a suspect even if it's opened again to investigate"

She was insulting him on his face and she was right,she had a point. She wasn't afraid at all to give her opinion and be honest about everything,even if it was her fiance standing in front of her.

"You disappointed me. So much that I don't even know who are you anymore. You're not the Y/n I used to be proud of and came to know"

She couldn't understand why was he taking everyhing so personal to him these days. Upon Jungkook's name he was being so sensitive,so touchy that it annoyed her sometimes.

"What are you trying to say?"

"I never knew that you'll stoop so low in your standards that you'll cheat on me with a criminal,a monster like him"
