Olivia:
We all started talking at once.
-"I beg your flipping pardon?!"
-"She's your WHAT!?"
-"I don't get it—"
-"I'm too pretty for this nonsense—"
-"THIS IS MATHEMATICALLY CRAZY."
-"How is that possible?!"
-"What do you mean she's your sister!?"Louis put his hands up and backed off.
-"Woah woah woah— Ill explain everything guys, but I don't think the right time to do it is now. Maybe later?"
His words echoed in my head, even when I was home. She's my sister. I was helping Stanley study, but I was completely distracted.-"Liv? Hello?" Stanley shook me slightly.
-"Yea sorry what were you saying?" I said and turned my attention back to him.
Stanley frowned and let his pencil down.
-"What's up with you?" He asked. "School just started, don't tell me you got into another drama?"
-"Hey, for your information you little gremlin, I'm a good girl, I don't get into drama."
-"Right. That's why Nic Da Silva decided to magically reappear. Because you don't get involved. Noted." He sighed. "I'm 12 years old, you can't hide stuff from me."
-"Whatever you say Stanley. You're still my baby brother."
-"Hey I'm not a baby—" He protested, but Dad entered the room.
-"Hello my dear and ravishing children. Have I told you how much I love you?" He said with an innocent look.
-"Dad." Me and Stanley said it at the same time.
-"Who will go to buy some bread?" Dad blinked, trying to do cute eyes or what he called it.
I got up with a sigh and headed for the door.
-"I'm going."
-"Thank you little sarge. I'll help Stanlus Maximus with his homework." Dad patted my head and took the seat next to Stanley.
I rolled my eyes playfully, and went out of the room. Mom was in the table, sitting over some books. I slipped on my shoes and as I opened the door, I heard her voice.
-"Where to?"
-"Dad told me to go buy some bread or something." I shrugged. "I'll be back before you know it."
-"Oh alright." Mom said. "Just be careful."
-"Will be."
I closed the door behind me and started walking towards the store. On my way back home however my eyes caught a glimpse of a familiar figure.
Blonde hair. At first I thought it was Louis, but when the figure turned his head slightly to the side and I made out who he was, I felt sick.
Max. Max freaking Hastings.
When he turned his head to look at me, I didn't even think twice. I started running. Pushing my legs fast, and even faster to get back home, far away from him. I looked behind me only once, to make sure he wasn't following me.
And luckily, I did see a familiar figure.
-"NIC!" I called out and his head snapped towards me.
-"Hey woah woah woah." He said and grabbed my shoulders steading me. "Why were you running? Is someone after you or something?"
-"No no." I shook my head. "No one's after me. But I'm so glad I found someone of the Sherlock Gang. It's Max. Max Hastings." I added when he looked confused. "He's out of jail."
