"So he's obsessed with strong quirks..." I spoke with displeasure.

"My mom's parents practically sold my mom to Enji. Their marriage was only of convenience. He thought that way he'd have a perfect child to succeed him if he married her. Fire and ice. But as you know only Shoto possesses both of those."

Dabi bitterly explained how his dad was obsessed with power. The more he told me the more I stood baffled that the number one hero would have that kind of mindset.

"I'm guessing that's why he wanted me to get married in the first place. He's wanting grandchildren who'll be strong enough to carry the Todoroki name. He probably wants them to continue his hero lineage. Like hell I'd let him near my children—not that I want any right now."

"So... in other words a quirkless bride for you is out of the question." I deduced, "Being quirkless would terminate this farce."

"Are you... quirkless?" He asked with hesitation.

"No, I have a quirk." I answered with seriousness, "I just don't like to talk about it. Only a handful of people know what my quirk is or even know I have one."

At my sudden confession he tilted his head with confusion. "Why is that?"

"My quirk is called Mental Inducement. I can control people's emotions and make them feel a different range of psychological sensations while they're in a trance like state."

His eyes widened once I bluntly explained my quirk. Like most people he was shocked. However, he also seemed...

"Really? So, you can manipulate people's emotions to your liking while giving them a false sense that their body is also receiving some sort of impact?"

I nodded.

"So you can make someone feel tired mentally and it'll affect their body too?"

I nodded once more.

He seemed impressed.

"Yeah, that's pretty much it. I have to look at the person in order for my quirk to activate, my eyes glow lavender and then I choose the emotion I want them to feel..." I awkwardly explained.

"Why did it take you so long to tell me what your quirk was?" His sudden question took me off guard.

"Uh..." I trailed off. "Just like my brother, he would get told about his quirk being villainous. For me it was similar. I wasn't deemed a villain per se all the time... instead some people would freak out a bit."

"They'd freak out? I can see why they'd be wary at first but freak out?"

I bit my lip nervously, "Uh..."

"Emotions like anger, sadness, fear, happiness. What else is there? Pain, numbness?" he yawned. "Again, not surprised."

"Arousal, lust, passion... desire. They're not exactly considered to be an emotion, but they involve the experience of emotions such as excitement and bliss. Along with the anticipation of erotic sensory pleasure." I sighed tiredly as I heard Touya cough. "They'd call my quirk kinky and think it'd be perfect for sex. So I had a lot of guys wanting to get into my pants."

I turned to look at him and he eyed me rather stunned. "You can do that? I mean..." he cleared his throat, "Like turn them horny?"

I nodded hesitantly.

"Okay... I'm kinda curious how you found that out but at the same time I don't want to know."

I sighed deeply as I rubbed my face, "I didn't think I could do it but..."
