Monster Cat allows the user to merge with an object or machinery, assume its shape, and control it completely. It can also be defused from the object.
Monster Cat was only seen in operation after Kuin Hachisuka injected a bit of Trigger into the animal, boosting his Quirk and allowing him to take over a bus. The capacity of Monster Cat under normal circumstances is unknown.
