Scissors -
Scissors allows the user to cut through almost anything that is placed between their index and middle fingers by making a scissor motion with them. It's powerful enough to easily cut through the limbs of solid steelworker exoskeletons, but it's obviously limited by the space between their fingers. For bigger cuts, Monika can also slice almost anything between her legs.
