The sun was shining brightly through the window. You could hear the slight mumbles across the house, the waves crashing near the beach, and the seagulls chirping as they flew by. The beauty beside me still slept. I admired her sleeping form, the way her lips hung just barely open, the way her breathing made her glorious globes fall and rise. Her scars laid upon her stomach.
I traced the one that was just under her ribcage. She kept it easily hidden, even with more revealing clothes. I was tracing the one that went down her side when she woke up.
"That tickles." She mumbled.
Her tired green eyes opened to meet mine. We stayed up way too late last night, but I wouldn't change anything. I reached up to trace the scar that laid upon her forehead. I finally found out why she got those bangs all those months ago.
"They're ugly, I know." She said as my thumb passed the last bit of the line.
I shook my head. "They're not. Nothing about you is."
I leaned up and brushed her bangs out of the way before placing a kiss on her scar. I made my way down her body and did the same to the rest that laid upon her. The one on her ribcage, the two that were on her sides, the one that was on her upper thigh, and the ones that scattered her other.
I went back up, repeating the actions, before ending on her lips. Gentle kisses were given, her hands trailed up and down my body. Before anything could progress further, the door opened, causing me to let out a yelp.
"Good morning!" Julie yelled as she entered.
Megan grabbed the sheet in a hurry and covered the two of us.
"Oh my god. I'm so sorry." Julie said as she covered her eyes.
"I'm not." Amy said as she poked her head in the doorframe. "Come on Megs, let me see you guys."
"Screw off." Megan said with an eye roll. She might be used to Amy and her antics now, but she still doesn't like some of the things she does.
Julie grabbed Amy by the shoulder, her other hand still covering her eyes. "We're going to go now, you two get dressed and ready. Breakfast is done."
Megan and I shared a laugh once the door was closed. We got up and went to shower together before getting dressed. We kept things somewhat PG. Kisses and touches were shared, but we didn't go further. Both of us were too sore to do more of what we did last night.
After we were out and dressed we changed the sheets and made the bed. Thankfully the laundry room was on this side of the house, so there wasn't a need for a walk of shame as we put them in the wash. When we made our way to the kitchen, the other four were already seated at the table. Different assortments of breakfast food were laid about, along with plates and cups already set.
"Look who finally decided to join us." Morgan said as we sat down.
"Shush. I'm already embarrassed enough by them walking in on us." I replied.
"Don't be. From the little I saw you have no need to be." Amy said with a wink.
"Perv." I said as I sat down in one of the open seats.

We spent the day going to a bunch of different places with our families. We first went to an aquarium. We saw all of the marine life that lived in the area, along with some that are foreign to this place.
We were all like kids in a candy store. Everyone had that unmistakable joy on their faces, just enjoying the scenery and the time with friends. Jaxon, Jason, and Morgan all enjoyed learning about the facts of some of the creatures. Amy and Julie especially liked being able to pet the stingrays. I enjoyed watching the pure joy run along Megan's face as she enjoyed this time with her family.
