The moment that Rolo Haliburton met the amnesiac Lelouch Lamperouge personally to pose as his little brother after the unfortunate accident with the previous fake sibling, memories of his past life incarnation entered his mind.
Included in those are his memories of watching Code Geass and his shitty first life. However, even with those memories, Rollo doesn't have any grand aspirations of being a Hero and stopping anything major from happening.
He decided to go with the flow and wait for the inevitable.
