Hello my lovelies! I am sorry to say that this is not an update! I was 100% planning on putting the new chapter up on Saturday, but VBS: Everest started at my church yesterday and I was busy making 3 shirts for all the group leaders to match! They turned out great but barely left me any time for sleep let alone finishing the last third of the chapter.
So I know I said I was going to update on the 18th, but this is a formal notice pushing it back to the 25th. The chapter will replace this notice when it goes up and in the meantime you get a preview of the chapter title, picture and song! Hope you guys aren't to upset, and if you are, just think about all the frost bite I'm going to get from leading a bunch of preschoolers up Mount Everest!!!!! :P

Okay! So the above is no longer vaild!!!! Yay!!!! VBS is finally over as of yesterday and I am one pooped little puppy!!! Here, however, is your new chapter!!! I hope you enjoy it, My Lovelies!!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! I thought I had hit the publish button last Saturday and its now Wednesday!!!!!!!!!!! I am so so so sorry!!!!!!!!!!! how could I have not noticed this before now!!!!!! I guess that's how tired I truly was!!!!!! I'll think of a way to make it up to you!!!!

Aquitaine, France, La forêt de Coeur noir et vert de la Terre: Le Château de la bête.

December 11th, 1895.

Belle was woken up by a sharp knock on her door. She looked around and found her room was still dark even with the heavy curtains open a crack. She was tempted to go back to sleep and ignore the knocking as she was tired from helping the mops clean the north hallway the day before. When trying to adjust her blankets to do just so she found that Miss Armoire had laid out some clothes for her to wear at the bottom of her bed. She must have done so a little while ago seeing as she was in a deep sleep that caused her to snore, but the sound only came out as a whistle. Belle thanked her in her mind for the gesture and climbed out of bed to slip the clothes on. She found them nice and warm, as if someone had heated them up beforehand and had placed it on her bed moments before she woke up. The knock sounded again and she gave Mrs. Potts permission to enter as she finished lacing up her dress. It was a deep purple riding dress. It was split into three parts for her to dress in. The under dress was a warm flannel dress in a pale lavender color with a single gold embroidered stripe at the bottom of the dress. From her belly button to the top of the collar ran a line of buttons for her to do up.

She slipped the skirt over her head and let it settle on her hips. It was a deep wine purple that had a large slit up the middle to expose the under dress making it look white compared to the pale lavender it truly was. She put on the jacket that hung off of her shoulders before buttoning closed at the bottom. With out adding the final pieces the jacket's shoulder didn't even reach the collar of the under dress. She put on the capelet that buttoned closed with a red rectangular jewel before putting on the matching belt around her hips. The ribbon of the belt matched the under dress and the jewel was an oval compared to the rectangular one at her throat. They were the same ruby red jewel surrounded by gold. She pinned the matching hat into place along with the feather in the back before being lead downstairs by the portly teapot.

"Take whatever food you like, Belle, the Master wants to take you out riding today." Mrs. Potts told her before handing her a small wicker basket with a simple cloth inside to cover the bottom. She could feel the excitement inside her rise to a whole new level at the words. Ah, to actually go outside for a change, she couldn't think of anything better to do with her day even though she had less then two chapters left in her new book and the tension was palpable.

"In the snow? How wonderful! What a marvelous idea this is, I must remember to thank Griffith before we leave and after we come back!" she exclaimed before grabbing a couple different apples, grapes and a loaf of bread. She didn't notice the shocked looks on the servants faces at saying the masters name, but they all noticed how she seemed to brighten up, more so then she did at the prospect of going outside for a change. She placed another cloth on top of the food and tucked the corners inside of the basket to keep it from falling out. She ran upstairs to the foyer, excited to be riding on Philippe once more. She hadn't been outside for two weeks because of a blizzard and it had been even longer since she had seen the family horse.
