**TW gaslighting and SA. The end of this chapter will get very dark**

Sneaking in and out of the Malfoy Manor with Kreacher at her side, was very easy for Cassiopeia.
She would spend a couple of hours each night, reading every book she could get her hands on, as every bit of information could mean life or death for Harry. And she managed to keep this routine up for several weeks, without being caught.
Cassiopeia had questioned Dobby on what Lucius was up to, and what he had to do with the Chamber of Secrets, but since she wasn't his master, Dobby wasn't able to tell her anything.

One night after Kreacher had left her, Cassiopeia immediately headed for the section of the library that she had reached last time, but before she could get there, the room suddenly filled with light.
"I should have guessed that you were the one sneaking around my house after hours".
Cassiopeia spun around and saw Lucius leaning against the wall.
Her heart began to thud against her chest, as he stared straight at her.
Even though she had seen him from a distance on Platform 9 and ¾, this was the first time she had been that close to him since he assaulted her.

"I was certain that someone had been in here and moved things around, but Narcissa said I was just being paranoid. But here is the proof that I was right all along... You know, I should have expected that you would show up sooner or later. Ever since Narcissa admitted that she had seen you at King's Cross when we dropped off Draco for his 1st year of school, I have been expecting you to make an appearance" continued Lucius.
"Why have you been expecting me to come here?" Asked Cassiopeia quietly, as she moved to ensure that the table in the centre of the room separated her and Lucius.
"Well, I know that my wife has been seeing you in secret ever since then. So, I assumed that you would show up here at some point" admitted Lucius.

"How did you know that she has been in contact with me?" Questioned Cassiopeia.
"Narcissa doesn't have that many friends. So, her frequent trips out made me suspicious. And since she had just seen you for the 1st time in years, I just assumed that you were the one she was seeing behind my back" answered Lucius.
"If you knew she was seeing me, then why didn't you put a stop to it?" Quizzed Cassiopeia.
Lucius shrugged, "I didn't gain anything by stopping her from visiting you, so I decided to just let her her carry on. Besides, it's not as if you were a threat to me".

"How can you say I'm not a threat, when you know full well that I murdered my own mother?" Frowned Cassiopeia.
"Just because you killed your mother with poison, many years ago, it doesn't mean that you are a threat to me now. You don't possess any magic, so I have nothing to fear from you. Besides, I know you would never hurt me, because you wouldn't want to upset my wife" replied Lucius.
"Narcissa's love for you is not enough to keep you safe" Cassiopeia said coldly.
"Why would you want to hurt me?"
"Tell me you are joking"
"You know me well enough to know that I don't joke"
"Are you seriously telling me you don't remember what you did to me?".

"Oh, you're not still angry about what happened over 10 years ago, are you? I would've thought that you had forgotten about it by now, just like I did" admitted Lucius.
"I don't care how many years ago it was, I will never forget what you did to me. You have haunted my nightmares ever since that night, and I will never forgive you for what you did" snapped Cassiopeia.
"You're only hurting yourself by holding onto the past. But if you want to continue being angry at me forever, then go right ahead. It makes no difference to me whether you like me or not" sighed Lucius nonchalantly.
"Are you serious? What you did to me was an evil act? Did you really just rape me and move on like nothing had happened?"
"You really shouldn't throw around words like that, you know. What happened between us, was just a bit of family business. Your mother asked me to do a favour for her, and I agreed".

"You agreed to rape an unconscious girl, just because her mother asked you to. Do you realise what kind of monster that makes you?" Spat Cassiopeia.
"You know as well as I do that Walburga was not someone you wanted to say no to" admitted Lucius.
"She wasn't your mother-in-law, Druella was. You could have said no to her, for you didn't owe her shit. You could have told her that you would not rape your wife's cousin behind her back, because you were a decent human being. But you didn't"
"I was just following orders, I had no more say in the act than you did"
"Oh don't try and play the victim with me, you raped me willingly, and you enjoyed it!".

"I'm suprised you're not thanking me for what I did. At least you got to lose your virginity to someone you knew, and not a complete stranger. Walburga could have made you sleep with anyone. Besides, you should be glad that I did my job so well, so that we only needed to sleep together once in order for you to fall pregnant" said Lucius.
"I can't believe what I'm hearing. If you really think that you're the hero in this story, then you are even more deluded than I thought" admitted Cassiopeia.

"I'm just saying, that if I had done my job poorly, your mother would have made me sleep with you many more times, until you got pregnant. So, you should be glad that I did such a good job... It did help that your mother had you unconscious for a whole hour, as it gave me many chances to impregnate you that evening. And I'm glad she didn't stay to watch the whole thing, as that would have been very uncomfortable for both of us, and may have impacted my performance. I'm glad she just left me to fulfil my duty, uninterrupted" revealed Lucius.

"Wait, I thought that you didn't remember that evening. I thought you assaulted me, and then just forgot about it, which is why you were suprised that I was still angry at you after all this time" frowned Cassiopeia.
An eerie smile crept onto Lucius's face, that made Cassiopeia feel sick to her stomach.
"Well, that's not completely true... I never forgot about what we shared" Lucius said slowly.
"There was no sharing involved. You took something from me without my consent" snapped Cassiopeia.
"Sex is an act between two people. It matters not whether both parties are willing. We shared something that night, and you cannot deny it, for our union made a child".

"Alfie was my son, not yours, for he grew inside me. And if you never forgot what you did to me, then why bother lying about it?" Questioned Cassiopeia.
"I thought it might make you feel better" sighed Lucius.
"Well you were wrong. You are a disgusting pig, and I wish Narcissa had never married you. I wish I had never met you!" Screamed Cassiopeia.
"I wish I could say the same"
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"Do you really want to know?"
"Yes".

Lucius smiled and began to make his way around the table towards Cassiopeia.
Not wanting him to be near her, Cassiopeia began inching around the table to get away from him.
"So, you really want to know that I never forgot a single detail about that night. I never forgot the shape and feel of your perky little breasts... Or the taste of your body in my mouth" grinned Lucius.
Cassiopeia felt like she was going to be sick, but as Lucius quickened his pace around the table, so did she, as she was desperate to get away from him.
"And I certainly never forgot how tight your little cunt was when I first entered it. I had forgotten what entering a virgin was like, until that moment... Of course you got a little looser every time I entered you throughout the course of the hour" continued Lucius.

"YOU MONSTER! I HATE YOU!" screamed Cassiopeia as she picked up a chair, and hurled it at Lucius.
The chair knocked him to the ground, as his wand cane was resting against the wall on the other side of the room, so he couldn't defend himself.
"Such a temper, on such a small being" commented Lucius.
"Oh, I'll show you temper!" Shouted Cassiopeia, as she began throwing more and more items at Lucius.
Anything she could get her hands on, she threw at him, as he crawled across the floor towards his wand.

Just as Cassiopeia picked up another chair, Lucius reached his wand, and managed to deflect the chair back at her, knocking her to the ground.
"I think that's quite enough of that" panted Lucius, as he tried to get his breath back.
"You're one of the worst humans I have ever met" exclaimed Cassiopeia, as she climbed to her feet.
"That's rich, coming from someone who murdered a baby" replied Lucius.
"That was an accident, I never meant to hurt him"
"Whether it was intentional or not, it makes no difference. He is dead because of you. You are a killer, just like me".

"At least I don't have as much blood on my hands as you do... Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to summon my house-elf, and get out of this shit hole. Don't worry, you are never going to see me again" announced Cassiopeia.
"I expect nothing less from a coward like you. Go on, run back to your little hidey hole" mocked Lucius.
"I am no coward. I would fight you right now, if I didn't think that you would just cheat to get what you want"
"I'd like to see you try".

Suddenly the library doors burst open and Narcissa ran inside, looking very out of sorts in her dressing gown.
"What on earth is going on in here?" Demanded Narcissa, as she looked around at the messy room.
"She threw a chair at me" revealed Lucius.
"Only because he raped me" countered Cassiopeia.
"Right. Well, I think that the three of us need to sit down, and talk this out like the adults that we are. Because we need to address the issues you two have with each other. If we don't we are never going to move on from this. So, take a seat, and let's sort this out" ordered Narcissa.
