Chapter 37: The Tales of Ba Sing Se

(The Tale of Toph, Sayo, Katara, and Bee)

At the Team's house, most of them are up. In front of a mirror, Aang, whose head is covered with shaving cream, shaves his head with his shaving tool. Y/n is shaving his face alongside Sokka as the former uses his axe and the latter uses his machete. Sokka clicks his tongue and Y/n splashes water on his face before patting himself dry. Katara fixes her hair loopies. Once they are placed, she smiles. Meanwhile, in a dark room, Toph lies on her bed, her blanket sloppily lying over her and her hair in a mess. Smellerbee and Sayo are laying close by her as they all slept in the same room with Y/n. Light cuts through the darkness as the door opens, and Katara enters the room and gasps at the sight.

Katara: Aren't you gonna get ready for the day?

Y/n, shirtless, walks up behind her and looks into the room. 

Y/n: I let them sleep in a little. They were very tired last night after running around for Appa. 

Katara: We can't let them sleep in all day. Guys, come on. 

Toph gets up, causing her messy hair to fly around. She spits on a nearby vessel which spins upon impact. Bee throws her pillow at Katara who ducks and Sayo stumbles over to Y/n who picks her up. Toph gets to her feet and brushes a large amount of dust off her sleeping dress as Bee does the same, but she's wearing shorts and one of Y/n's shirts since they're so big on her and most people in general. 

Y/n: It's nice to see you're all awake. 

Toph: I'm ready.

Smellerbee: Already? 

She yawns. 

Smellerbee: Can't we get up later? 

Katara: By all means, Y/n already let you sleep in enough. Besides, you two should wash up. You've got a little dirt on your... everywhere, actually.

The taller earth bender looks at Katara. 

Y/n: Tends to happen as Earth benders. Smellerbee gets it from us. 

Toph: You call it dirt, I call it a healthy coating of earth!

Katara: Hmm... You know what we need? A girl's day out!

Bee shrugs at the idea of a girl's day out with one another.

Smellerbee: Sure. 

Toph: Do I have to? 

Katara: It'll be fun!

I put down Sayo and she walks over to Katara. 

Sayo: I want to go too. 

Katara: Alright. No problem. It'll be a complete girl's day. 

After leaving the house, they go to a large building, where Toph, Sayo, Bee and Katara stand near the entrance. Four women in robes walk out and smile at each other.

Toph: The Fancy Lady Day Spa?

She rolls her eyes at the idea of it.  

Toph: Sounds like my kinda place.

Bee playfully punches her shoulder. 

Smellerbee: Don't tell me you're scared of a little dress up. You can chuck around big ass rocks, but are too afraid to get a little snazzy. 

Toph: Hey, I'm not scared of anything. 

Sayo jumps on her back. 

Sayo: We can show Bubby how cool we look after. 

Toph and Bee blush at the thought of him and how he'd find them after. After last night, he went into his astral spirit form to get a good look at them while they were dressed up all fancy. It was easy to see he was impressed after he went back into his body. They want to experience that all over again, especially Bee who is far more open with her femininity than Toph is. Well, they are both biological women and proud of it, but you know, fighter stuff. Not wanting to be viewed as weaker just because they're girls.
