Chapter 23 - Bully The Bully

Shadow and Mephiles arrived at school that morning. Shadow parked their car but they didn't get out just yet, they were waiting for a certain someone to arrive. Thankfully, it didn't take long for them to spot their target among the other students.

They saw Mina walking towards the school while chatting with her friend. Once she entered the building, the twins exited their car and head to the entrance immediately.

The two juniors walked casually, as if they just arrived and just wanted to head to class. But before going to class they needed to go to their lockers. They made a turn to the student's locker area and found her.

"Right? I didn't even want new heels, I wanted a new make up set." Mina rolled her eyes at her friend.

"Yeah that doesn't make any sense. I mean, if it was– wait hold on. Is that your ex?" Her friend questioned when she saw the familiar hedgehog behind Mina. "I think he's walking this way." She whispered.

Mina made a small gasp and blushed, "what– really? Shit, my hair is still messed up from that stupid drink that brat threw at me." She cursed under her breath. "How do I look?"

"Mina, you're the prettiest girl in school. You're fine." Her friend calmed her. "Oh yep, he's definitely walking towards you. I'll just go so you can have your moment." She winked and closed her locker.

"Yeah, okay. I'll see you in class." Mina smiled amd waved goodbye at her friend.

Mina was nervous to meet her ex, but she wondered why he wanted to see her. She then blushed at the thought of Shadow apologizing to her and asking her to be his girlfirend again. It would feel like a dream to her.

She shook her head out of her short daydream and decided to turn around, just in time as when Shadow and Mephiles were near her. She didn't expect the younger twin to be there, but she didn't care.

"Hey." Shadow called.

"Oh– Shadow! Uh, good morning." She greeted shyly while her own hands over her lap.

"Listen." The tall hedgehog paused as he put his hand on her shoulder. "I have something very important to tell you."

Mina's heart started racing and she couldn't stop blushing. "What is it?" She asked.

"I want you to stop fucking around with the cheerleader's freshmen."

The mongoose's expression instantly changed. She wasn't blushing anymore, she was confused and shocked at the same time.

"Huh? What are you talking about?" She tilted her head.

"You heard me." Shadow glared and pushed her forcefully to the locker. It made a loud sound and startled everyone nearby. "Stop bullying Silver and Sonic. ESPECIALLY Sonic."

Mina felt a little pain after that sudden push, but she was more in fear of the angered Shadow right in front of her.

"I– I never bullied them! In the cafeteria, it– it was an accident!"

"Don't act like I'm dumber than you." Shadow pinned her shoulder to the locker and made her flinch. "You're gonna keep bullying them because you know I'm close with them. If that's the case, then I'm just gonna do the same to you."

He pulled his hand back, but then he made a forceful kick on the locker right beside her. "You understand?" He threaten.

"Y...yes..." Mina kept her gaze low as she trembled in fear.

Shadow scoffed at her and turned around to walk away. Mephiles pushed Mina's head to the locker before he also walked away.

Coincidentally, just after their friendly encounter with Mina, they saw Sonic and Silver just about to make a turn to the locker area.
