Payal - But Khushi..... (Khushi cuts the call as she was very upset with their reactions in the noon)

Shashi – (Little relieved) What happened...is she coming back?

Payal – No...She called to inform that today evening is her reception....(Message beeps...she opens and shows the address)....She has messaged the address and timing

Shashi – What??? how can she do like this? (Collapses on sofa in trans)

Garima – Shashi you have to accept this......come... its our daughter's reception...we will make everything arranged whatever is needed from our end....trust in god....lets send her to their house wishing her all the good luck...(Shashi is not responding ...tears had dwell up in his eyes.....Finally he spoke)

Shashi – Ok .... as you all wish.....my words have no respect in this house now......But I will be coming only for my daughter. I will never accept that Arnav as my son-in-law.....

It's a big day.....Arnav and Khushi's reception.....Shashi and family has arrived at the venue much before inorder spend some time with Khushi. NK takes them to Khushi's room where she was getting ready.......

Shashi - Khushi (Khushi turns back hearing to her father's voice)

Khushi - Papa........

Shashi - I became so unwanted to you that you dint even inform about your reception to me yourself?

Khushi – Its not like that papa .... (Shashi comes closer...caressing her head) you were so angry......(She starts to weep....Garima, Payal and Rahul comes in by now)

Garima - Shhhhhhhhh.... Stop it Khushi.....how much will you cry????? (Khushi gets up and hugs Garima)

Khushi - Ma......if I had agreed to what papa said and stayed with you all , people would have spoken bad about him.....we all had to face so much insult.........what ever will happen after this revealation, I will face it.....(she releases the hug and goes to Shashi...holds his hand) Papa....you understand what I mean ...right... (She hugs Shashi)

Shashi – Ya....my daughter has grown up now and she is ready to take all the pain to save this father's reputation. Buth Khushi do you really want to do this? Its my mistake....I misbehaved with Arnav and you are getting punished for this.... I am a worst father......I am so sorry dear......(Breaks the hug and cups her face)

Khushi – Enough papa ....dont talk like this.....you never knew Arnav will do something like this.....if you had any idea about this you would have never sent me here...I know you very well......dont curse yourself for all this....(Wipes his tears) may be this was all written in my destiny.

Garima – You are happy with this decision right? To just save our reputation you dont have to go thourght things against your wish........

Khushi – No maa...I have thought a lot before deciding on this so you dont worry.... regarding being happy...I am not feeling anything ma....not happy nor sad......

Payal - Are you sure Khushi??? you want go do this????

Khushi - Yes di....

Rahul – You still have time Khushi....think. Once you reveal it to media it would get more difficult to get rid of this....

Khushi – Rahul I told you right.......I am ready for this.....(Turns to Shashi) Papa...dont be sad like this...its your daughter's reception.....be happy....if not from heart atleast pretend to be happy....if not media will make it a big issue.....
