Matthew and I walked inside the museum. There were crowds of people everywhere inside. A few paparazzi snapped our photos on the way in.

I never asked Matthew what he was famous for, I wanted to keep this whole experience human, I didn't want to have to worry about power.

Matthew interlocked his arm in mine and kept me close to his hip.

He brought me over to a smaller crowed of only five people. Two of the men i instantly recognized from the club the night I met Jay. I felt my palms get clammy as we inched closer.

I know we role played earlier, but this wasn't in the roleplay.

"Yo wassup Jay." One of the men said dabbing him up with jays free hand.

"Aye yo this Anastasia, she's even prettier in person." He said and put his hand out towards me, "wassup nice to meet you I'm Desmond but people call me big d."

"Nah we Just call him Dee." Jay said, making Desmond roll his eyes. I shook Desmond's hand, then he walked over to Jay and winked, making Jay mug him.

"That's Tray." Jay said nodding his head in the direction of the other man, tray waved then went back to speaking on his phone.

"Yeah ok, enough of the boys. I'm trinity, and this my girl Chloe." a girl who was sitting on the couch said.

Trinity was a small light skin girl, with boho braids and braces. She had similar physical features like Desmond making me assume they were related.

Cleo, eyes trailed me up and down, then looked at me with disgust, "where she from?" She asked, as she picked up her glass of wine off the wooden table and placed it on her lips.

"Nola." Jay said flatly.

"I'm talking to her Jay not you."

"Well I am Anastasia, but if that's too long I also go by Anna, not her or she. I'm from Nola, my father owns an oil company down there, but I moved to Monroe to have independence." I said.

I glanced at Jay who was already side eyeing me.

Roleplaying.

I winked and then looked back over to Chloe who was redder than a hot pepper.

"I think I like your girlfriend Jay, welcome to the family Anna." Desmond said, with a smile.

Matthew and I walked around the art museum looking at the different urban artist. We had a few glasses of wine and I was definitely starting to feel the effects of it as we walked. My eyes caught one painting of a mother and her daughter sitting at a piano.

The mother leaned over the piano, as her face almost looked like she was watching her in awe.

" Anastasia don't be like me ever, please Anastasia promise me...."

Her words filled my mind as I stared at the painting. I felt the tears burn at the brim of my eyes as they threatened to fall.

"Anna."

I raised my head to the sound of his voice and looked over in his direction. He was a good distance away but not too far before he noticed I was no longer following behind.

"You ok?" He asked as he stared at my face.

"Yeah? Stop asking me that."

He rested his hand on my cheek and raised my head up so I was looking up at him. I stared at his eyes as he stared back at me. "Because I know you're not alright, I just wish you would see that and admit that yourself. I see you're hurting Anna. I might not know all of with what you dealt in your life, but I'm only here to help you."

I grabbed the collar of his shirt and pulled him down, locking my lips on his.

I couldn't tell if it was the wine or heat of the moment, but I knew I wanted him.

He kissed me back passionately, and rested his hand on my waist pulling me closer so we were chest to chest.

He kissed me deeper raising his hand from my check and began rubbing it through my hair.
He yanked my hair back, pulling my head back to look up at him. I let out a gasp as he broke away from the kiss and stared at me while he held a fist full of my hair in his hand.

"Anna...you don't understand the things I would do to you. The things I would make you feel." He said as his eyes never left mine.

"Do it then."

A smirk formed on his face, "I think we had to much to drink, we should head back." He said and let go of my hair, he helped lay it back down, before he fixed his pants.

We walked back to the crowd of people. Jay grabbed another glass of wine, while I had two more. By my third one I was tired and ready to leave.

Jay picked me up as we walked towards his car and cradled me in his arms. He walked me the rest of the way to his car and unlocked the passenger door sitting me inside.

He closed the door behind him then walked to the drivers side getting in. I heard the car start up, yet I closed my eyes as the world around me began moving.

"Anna." I heard him say.

"Yes Matthew."

He chuckled, "did you have fun?"

"I did I had a lot of fun. Thank you for choosing me to be your girlfriend. Its means a lot to me."

"You're welcomed Anastasia."

I closed my eyes again.

I was woken up to my body being placed down in my bed. I opened my eyes and seen Jay standing over me, tucking me into the bed.

"Jay." I mumbled.

He stopped, and looked down at me, "yeah."

"Can you stay over? I don't want to be alone. My son's not home and I hate being alone."

Matthew stared at me for a few moments, then he began taking his shoes off and unbuttoning his shirt. He tossed it to the floor and got in the bed beside me.

I felt his arm wrap around my waist as he pulled me closer to him in the bed.

He laid his head down in the crock of my neck, comforting me.

Soon sleep overtook me once more.
