"Holy cow I'm turning 17 in four days."

That was the first thought that came to my mind once I opened my eyes. Dude! I'm turning 17!

Which means next year I'm turning 18!

What the hell, Laine, I thought to myself. Have you ever seen a 17-year old turn 19 the next year? Of course you'll turn 18!

But you get my point, right? I'm 17 in a few days and... Too old for everything.

I saw a guitar on the floor. Just then, I remembered that I'm in Will's room. I rolled over, expecting to land on him or find his face, but nope. Empty bed.

He left already? Why so soon?

I sat up and stretched. I yawned.

I want him near me! Now!

Uuuhhhh. He's not going to be back until Monday! It's just Saturday!

Uuugghhh I want him here. Right now.

Bummer. We're weird! Our weirdness just started today. We're too...

How should I say this? We're too... Touchy? Clingy? And to quote Tique, we're too hungry for each other's presence.

I want him here damn it!

Oh no. I'm going insane. Maybe I'm just hungry.

Standing up, I felt a little dizzy, so I still had to stand there for a moment with my eyes closed.

WILL!

Uuuhhhh this is bad. Really bad.

When I felt a bit okay, I opened my eyes and walked to the door after grabbing my phone. Groggily going downstairs, I saw the others sitting in a circle on the floor.

Spin the bottle. The cliché boredom game.

"Oh! Sleeping beauty is awake!" Tique was the first one to notice my presence. "Hi, sleeping beauty!" Cass greeted me with a hyper wave.

"Where's Will." I silently whined, sitting on the couch behind Dana. He leaned his back on me.

"He left two hours ago. He didn't want to disturb your sleep so he didn't bother waking you up. It's already 1 PM, just so you know," he said, looking up at me.

I groaned. I don't know. I'm so pissed.

Mood swings. Ugh.

"Hey, easy there. He'll be back just in time for your birthday." Cole said. I just shook my head and leaned back. "I wanna go home." I pushed Dana forward so I can stand, but he won't budge. "Dana, I'm going home!"

"I drove your car home already. Your mom called me when you weren't answering your phone." He looked up at me and smirked.

My eyes widened as I checked my phone, true enough, I have 3 missed calls and 7 text messages. [True story... Just hours ago *crying emoji* I was scolded (after a reeaaally really awesome day) for going home at 10PM... (I left the house at 1) In my defense I was stuck in heavy traffic for 30 minutes *crying emoji* #PhilippineStreets]
