A/N Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter of this story! I hope you all have enjoyed the previous chapter and the ones prior to it! This chapter will be featuring Izuku, Clementine and Javier heading back to save those who belong to his family. Although, they will be finding out about a new threat in the world... one that was teased already. Let's begin!
Standing in front of where Travis once was, Izuku stared at the scale that was heavily dented. Glancing over at Clementine, the young woman was staring at him with barely restrained rage as she looked at the broken scale. Grabbing it from him, she used some string and transformed it into a necklace that she could wear. He smiled at her for that, but at the same time he felt scared.
This was the very first time that his scales had shown some kind of weakness. Something that he prided himself on was how his scales were incredibly durable, not only that but damn near Impenetrable. The fact that his scale came off very easily and was dented proved that his armor needed more training in order to tank shots.
For the last year and a half, he'd found himself feeling invincible since he couldn't be pierced by normal bullets. They would always ricochette away from his body and hit another enemy that was coming up on him. Not only that, but he felt as though... his time in this world was nearing its end and that placed the fear of God in him.
He wouldn't be able to be around for much longer if what he handled right then and there was causing his body to slowly degrade. Not only that but he felt as though Clementine might forget about him now that he's losing his powers, slowly though. Powering through the very bad thoughts, he looked back at Javier as the man walked over to them with worry in his eyes.
"You okay man? I thought that you were shot." Javier asked, as Izuku shook his head.
"I'm fine, just... caught a little off guard about my scale is all." Izuku said, glancing over at Clementine who smiled at him.
"Don't worry about Izuku, he'll be fine after a little bit of food is placed in his belly." Clementine said, chuckling.
"Let's head to bed Clem, I'd like to help Javier with his family situation soon enough, then we can get that car." Izuku said, as Clementine nodded.
"We still need to look for him, it's been a few months." Clementine sadly said.
"We know, and maybe after getting Javier to his family, we can have them help us in finding the person we lost." Izuku said, as Clementine stared at Javier.
"Are you sure that we can trust him? What if he turns on us at the worst possible moment?" Clementine asked, as Izuku shook his head.
"If he wanted to hurt us, he would've done so by now. He really wants to get back to his people, and if we don't help him, we're no better than those who took his family from him." Izuku said, as Clementine sighed.
"Yeah, it's better to help and have them owe us than to owe others." Clementine said, as Izuku smiled at her.
"There you go! Now you're getting it!" Izuku said, smirking.
"Just because I agreed with you doesn't mean that I don't believe in your words!" Clementine said, walking away.

A few hours later, Izuku and Clementine were deep in their sleep as Javier was woken up by the sound of some light knocking. The man walked over to the door that blocked him from the outside world and opened it to reveal a woman standing before him. She wasn't too beautiful looking if he thought about it, but he wouldn't say that she wasn't. But she looked up at him.

FanfictionThis is a story that I don't really do much of on this platform. And it is Midoriya Izuku in the Zombie Apocalypse. I mean look how the last story where I took that premise went. Anyway, Izuku is taken from his world at the worst moment in his life...
