S: Mon, are you asleep?

S: psssst! MON....

M: ughhh yes, Sam, I was asleep

S: Sorry...

S: uhmmm, Mon...

M: Sigh! Yes, Sam?

S: I love you

M: I love you too, Hon

S: Mon...

M: Sam, it's 3 in the morning!

S: i'm sorry. It's just that I can't sleep

M: Tsk! Come here (Mon opened her arms waiting for Sam to snuggle in her arms)

S: Mon, you do realize that I can't really snuggle into you now when we're like this, right?
I mean, we both have extremely fat bellies right now

(Mon stood up begrudgingly and went to Sam's side of the bed

M: Love, you have woken me up at 3 in the morning for 2 straight weeks now, and I'm starting to get really pissy and cranky due to the lack of sleep

I just can't sleep, and I wanted a hug

S: Mon, you still find me pretty, right?

M: Yes love, you are the prettiest in the world and I love you sooooo much!
Now that I've satisfied your vanity, can we sleep now?

S: You didn't have to say it that way.
Geez, you're so mean

M: ughhhh! Sam, please!!!

(Just as Mon is about to succumb to her long-awaited sleep, she was bothered by her wife again)

S: Mon, when our babies are born, I'd still be your number 1, right?

M: Are we really having this conversation again, Sam?

S: it's just that I don't know
I guess I'm scared that these munchkins would compete with me for your attention. That's all

M: Of course they would want my attention. Love, I'm their mother!
But so are you! You are going to be their mother too

There is no need to worry, ok?
It would be a struggle at the start for sure but we have a very competent staff with us.
We have our family that loves and supports us, and on top of all, we have each other!

I have a meeting at 7, and I need to really not be cranky when I meet up with Elon

S: Tsk! Do you want me to call him and postpone the meeting?

S: But you need your sleep

M: Yes, I do. That's why I would appreciate it if you would let me sleep instead of waking me up every 5 minutes!

(After 15 mins)
