Amina could hear Jacob mumble and chuckle to himself, still trying to process everything he saw. She smiled faintly and waited for him by the base of a small hill, the Mooncalves awaiting their food.

"Okay, Jacob," she called out his name as he caught up with her. "You see up there? Those are the mooncalves," she continued, a finger pointing at the herd watching them. "They are super friendly, so do not worry about them. Just go, and they will come to you."

Jacob nodded and walked ahead, feeling rather confident, which made Amina happy. They did not have any visitors, for that matter, and it felt nice to have someone else with whom she could share this beautiful little world.

She chuckled faintly as the Mooncalves approached Jacob, hurling around him while he threw their food in the air, allowing it to levitate and slowly be lowered into their mouths. His smile was everything, and Amina wished more people would react like that when reacting to the creatures, but she knew this was not the case.

If that were not the case, if people actually cared for the magical creatures, Newt and she would not need to hide and work by breaking laws to protect them.

A group of Doxys passed close by, and Amina had to duck to avoid them, for they had a nasty habit of getting tangled in her hair. Just as she did that, Mo popped her head and quickly took flight, always enjoying spending time with them. In the end, though, she would always return to Amina; her bond with the witch could not easily be replaced.

Amina turned her body just in time to see Newt walking her way. In his arms, a newborn Marmite. Its luminescence body and tentacles made it stand out against the darker background. The tentacles wrapped carefully around Newt while the Mazoologist was holding a bottle and was trying to feed the baby,

The sight made Amina's heart melt. She loved seeing him with baby creatures. His aura was so gentle and calm, so caring and sweet that even the most dangerous mothers would allow him near.

"He is growing pretty fast, doesn't he?" she questioned as she walked towards him.

Newt nodded. "He should stop needing the bottle soon."

Amina looked at the baby Marmite and gently spread her hand, her fingers gently pass above the iluminescene body and she saw the lights glow faintly; a reaction to her gentle touch. She offered a sweet, motherly smile as she gently petted the young creature, giggling as one tentacle wrapped around her hand and tried to pull her closer.

"Easy there, little one." She giggled, feeling the slimy and cold limb around her arm.

Her eyes looked up, and she saw Newt watching her carefully, observing her as she interacted with the baby Marmite. He always observed her giggles and the way the little creature was attracted to her silently, interested in the rather joyful moment.

When their eyes met, Amina felt the need to continue looking, always admiring the blue-grey shade of Newt's expressive eyes, often framed by his light brown hair falling over his forehead.

However, she knew Newt did not do well with eye contact, and to make it easier for him, she was the first to advert her attention elsewhere.

She couldn't read Newt's mind, and he did not voice his thoughts, though both knew he was thankful for her initiative to look away, even though she felt her cheeks flush by how intense his gaze was.

It was then that she noticed a chilly breeze passing by. She turned her body slightly and looked where Jacob was supposed to be, only to see him gone. Her attention went to a bright white light coming from not so far away, like the flaps of a tent that held a tundra outside.

"Oh, no! " she exclaimed, taking big steps towards the opening. The little Marmite let her go with some hesitation.

When she entered the tundra, Amina suppressed a shiver. The snow fell endlessly, and the cold wind was not helping the situation. Up ahead, she saw the Obscurus they had once trapped, floating in a special protective bubble that kept it contained.
