New persons pov:
"Bro seriously, you don't think she's hot?" Jake asked me
"No, I don't really think ass and tits defines a girls beauty."
"Dude are you gay"
"What? No. I just don't think u should measure a woman's worth by how nice her body is."
Jake chuckled.
"Your so gay"
"Am not, homophobe"
"Hey,I never said I was homophobic"
"You never said you weren't" I said I shot daggers into jakes soul with my eyes.
"Ha, whatever." Jake was checking out every female that walked by us on the way to the gym.

When we finally got to the gym, I went to the one of the treadmills and I was about to get on, when jake walked back over to me.
"Damn dude this place is babe central."
"Dude what the fuck, don't you have a girl?" I finally snapped.
"What? I don't have a girl friend."
"What about Kaitlyn?"
He snickered alittle.
"Well we broke up awhile ago, but we had a little friends with benefits, thing going on..... Kinda"
Confusion hit me in the head like a sack of bricks.
"Isn't she a virgin? And Whatcha mean kinda. "
He looked over at me leaned up against the wall, and smiled.
"Was, and don't worry about it"
"Dude your disgusting"
"What the hell? How?"
"You took her virginity? If her uncles, OR dad found out, your dead, and I heard he's had quite a temper sense Kaitlyn disappeared."
He scoffed.
"Whatever, this is like the second time she's been gone out of that house. Nobody cares about her anyways"
"Dude. How would you know this is the second time Kaitlyn left?"
He looked straight at me in the eyes then looked down at the ground.
"Cause she came to me when she left."
"Oh is this when you decided to take her virginity?" Again daggers
"No" still not looking at me "I'm the reason she went back to her uncles"
I was about to say something but then jake changing the convo.
"Anyway enough of that whore," he said rolling his eyes "wanna work out of not?" He walked away.

He's a piece of shit, the only reason I'm friends with him cause he was my best friend sense I was in kindergarten.

*flashback*
I was kicking some sand up my the slide. I wanna go home. I hate this place. And that kid, that's sitting at the tables, Jake, keep looking at me funny...

"Hey nerd"
I looked up
"Oh hey,Thomas"
"WORM EATER" Thomas screamed at me. And the rest of kids started laughing.
"I don't eat worms!..... But your mom does" I whispered the last part.
He got quiet.
"What did you just say?" He started moving towards me slowly.
I took a deep breath.
"I SAID I DONT EAT WORMS! BUT YOUR MOM DOES!" I gasped
WHY DID I DO THAT. HE'S GONNA KILL ME.
I looked around and saw kids were laughing at what I said.
And jake were smirking.
And then all of sudden I was on the ground and Thomas was above me.
"IM GONNA MAKE YOU PAY WORM EATER"
"Oh really? And what are you gonna do?" I looked around and saw who had spoke was jake. He was standing next to Thomas.
He was bigger then Thomas, so Thomas couldn't hurt him.
Thomas was a 1st grader, and so was Jake. Our classes had recess together.
Thomas looked at Jake, up and down. He rolled his eyes.
"Whatever," he turned to me
"I will get you one day when your boyfriend isn't here to protect you"
He walked away with his friends
"Hey you okay?" Jake looked at me and put out his hand to help me.
I looked at his hand or a second or two, then smiled and took his hand.
When I was up, i looked at him in the eyes.
"Thanks.."
"Don't mention it, worm eater" he joked giving me a little punch in the arm.
I laughed.
"Well actually.... My name is Alexander... But call me Alex."
"Okay, Stay by my side Alex , you obviously can't protect yourself. Plus don't do anything stupid. But that mom part was brilliant." He started walking away. Then he stopped and looked back at me.
"I'm pretty sure your not deaf, come on"
I smiled and ran up to him.

*end of flashback*

That's how I started being best friends with him.

But that kid is gone.

What the hell happened to him

He was my hero, now he's turning into my enemy.
