Background: Bird-like angels akin to Ars Goetia,Metatrons are caring beings that help dead souls ascend to the afterlife. They do various labors, typically on the behalf of the titans. When traveling,they help troubled people with wise advice or personal care,not unlike a loving mother. To a Metatron,the term "Child" does not refer to age,but to any mortal,even an elderly person,who is in need of help. To better aid in helping people, Metatrons have developed the ability to consume negative energy from mortals, cleansing them. While not impossible,there are very few men or women who have married a Metatron,the reason for it being extremely rare is do to many people imprinting on the Metatron they've encountered as a surrogate mother figure, regardless of their age,or if they have a family.
