The way the dice roll ( Lmk x reader)

The beginning.

( this is just a starting chapter where you first meet the gang before the actual series starts.)

It had been a busy few days. You had finished moving to Megapolis from H/t ( home town.) and you now live in a pretty decent apartment and was even able to find a roommate to help pay the expenses her name was Lucy I think. ( don't worry Lucy won't be a big part of the story I might make a small chapter dedicated to her later but that's only if you want.) 

Either way you were beat from all the unpacking and building furniture. You flopped down on the couch sighing and pulling out your phone to check the time. It was around 12:50 pm so it was probably time you ate something. You looked over to the messy kitchen and groaned. You didn't feel like cooking today plus your roommate had a house party last night leaving a giant mess in the kitchen. Her cooking was really good but it wasn't worth the mess. 

With a huff you looked online looking for a place you could maybe order in until you spotted a little noodle shop named Pigsy's noodles. It was actually pretty close to your apartment so you decided to save the extra money and just walk there instead of paying for delivery.

You went into your room and changed into something more presentable and fixed your hair. You grabbed your bag and wallet and just before leaving you called out to Lucy asking if she wanted anything which she said no.

You left your apartment taking a deep breath of the fresh air and actually looked around a little, you were so caught up with taking care of all your stuff you didn't get the chance to actually explore the city. You pulled out your phone again and looked up the directions before heading off. On the way you greeted everyone that passed by and fidgeted with F/c dice in your dominant hand. A old friend of yours introduced you to D&D which was a really fun fantasy game and you've kept your first ever dice on you at all times after that. There no personal reason why you brought them with you everywhere but you felt like those dice were now apart of you. 

After a while of walking you finally arrived at the noodle shop and just as you walked up to the doors a man probably a young adult smashed right into you making both of you stumble. The impact caused you to drop your F/c dice on the ground and rolled a little until it stopped on the number 17 and slightly glowed F/c.

Before you could process anything you had grabbed the young adult male by the waist stopping him from falling and grabbed the bag of noodles he had in his hand not letting a single drop fall. 

You were stunned and so was the male. You didn't know what just happened, it was all just so fast and sudden. The two of you just stared at each other for a few moments to shocked to say anything. You took in the males appearance. He had dark brown hair and his hair was standing up with a red bandana around his head keeping his hair up. His skin was rather tan and he had brown eyes that seemed to have a bit of gold in them. 

You awkwardly helped the male back on his feet and handed him the noodles. " u-um sorry about that sir." You said a little embarrassed. The male just looked at you with a slight bit of red on his cheeks. " y-yeah it's fine." he said waving his hand before quickly heading to the Tuk-tuk For the noodle shop and driving off. He was probably a delivery driver for the noodle shop based on the fact he just went off with one of the restaurants vehicles. " great job Y/n. First day of actually being in the city and you already freaked someone out." You mumbled to yourself looking down and spotting your dice and quickly reaching down and picking them up and placing them into your bag.

You sighed and walked inside the noodle shop and you were immediately hit with a wave of a delicious sent, the moment you entered you were immediately greeted with a large pig demon who seemed to be the owner of the shop since...you know...the place was called Pigsy's noodles and there is a pig demon cooking. " well hello there loyal customer please take a seat and order when you are ready." The pig said. You put on a warm smile and walked up to the counter sitting next to a man with a red scarf and big circular glasses who was reading a book. 

You looked at the menu for a bit before turning to the man with glasses. " what would you recommend?" You asked which caused the man with glasses to look up from his book. "pardon?" He asked. " what would you recommend. I'm new to the city so I'm not sure what to pick." You said. 

The man with glasses looked at the menu for a few moments before turning back to you. " my favourite are the biangbiang noodles so I'd recommend that." He said. You smiled and waved the pig man over to you. " hey I'd like to order your biangbiang noodles please." You said which the pig man smiled sparing the man with glasses a glare before going to make your food.

As you waited for your noodles you looked around a bit until the man beside you started talking. " so you said you were new to the city right?" He asked which you nodded. He hummed thinking a little before speaking again. " do you have a job here?" He asked which was strangely specific but you answered. " um well no, I'm mostly using my savings to get by until I find one. " you said making the man with glasses smile. You were confused until he pointed to a little sign that read. We're hiring ( a driver's license is required. ) you thought about it for a bit and decided to give it a shot, at worst you just wouldn't get the job. 

Just as you finished your thought a bowl of noodles were placed in front of you. " thank you. " you said pulling out your wallet and your phone since you had to apply online. 

Afterwards you chatted with the man with glasses and eventually learned his name was Tang and the pigs name was in fact Pigsy. You finished up your noodles and said goodbye to Tang. As you exited you spotted the male from before pulling back in with the tuk-tuk. He got out and spotted you too and nervously waved. You decided to approach him feeling a little nervous yourself. " uh hey man...sorry about earlier I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable." You said scratching the back of your neck. "No, no it's fine. If anything you helped me not get in trouble with my boss...also sorry for bumping into you. Um...my name is Mk, I don't think I've seen you around, are you new?" He asked which you nodded. " yeah just moved. My names Y/n. Nice to meet you Mk." You said holding out your hand which he gladly took and shook your hand excitedly. 

From inside the shop you could hear what seemed to be the Pigsy yelling for Mk, Mk let go of your hand and ran inside to not get into anymore shit with his boss when also waving goodbye.

You smiled, he was pretty cute. 

You made your way back to your apartment where you walked into the door and hung up your stuff not even acknowledging Lucy or the guy she had over before going to your new room and flopping on the bed deciding to take a nap. 

It's been a tiring day.
