chapter 18 - Uno

Nobody's POV-

After laying in awkward silence for a few minutes y/n and Denki decided to head down to the common room, Denki walked off to talk to Sero who asked to talk and y/n got dragged off by the girls and a few of the other boys.

After a while of talking and answering questions that y/n was comfortable answering it was time for game night.
"What game do you wanna play y/n" Ida asked "oh um I don't know I've never really played games before" y/n said as she looked at the shocked faces of her classmates. "What I seriously haven't" y/n laughed, "ok well i guess we could play something like Uno" Jiro exclaimed "oh that sounds cool let's play that" y/n said excitedly.

1 hour later

Y/n POV-

"This is so much fun" I couldn't hold my excitement, "how do you keep winning" Mina pouts "I don't know" I shrug my shoulders.

"It's just beginners luck" Kirishima pats Mina on the shoulder trying to cheer her up, "yea that's it beginners luck let's go again" Mina says determined she'll beat me.

"It's a little late..." I said yawning looking at the time, "you afraid I'll beat you~" Mina laughs "no i-" I start to say before being cut off by her "chicken chicken y/n's chickening out"  she says jumping to her feet flapping her arms like a chicken going around me. I sigh and reshuffle the cards "fine but one more game then I'm going to bed" "yay" Mina exclaims sitting back down.

I serve out the cards and get ready to start. After playing for a few minutes Kirishima some how ends up with sixteen cards, Mina with four, Sero with six, Denki with seven and I have three. Kirishima sighs placing down a pair of reds, Mina places changes the colour to yellow so Sero places down a yellow five Denki picks up a blue five from the deck and places it on the pile. I placed down two blue eights and the game continues.

After three minutes of playing most of us are down to two or three cards except for Kirishima with eight. I place a yellow reverse card making it Denki's turn again he places a draw four card making the colour red, Sero places a red pick up two and Mina sighs picking up six. (An; these are the rules I play with my friends and family no arguing about them)

Kirishima let out a breath of relief and places a red nine. "Uno" I shout after placing my last red card hoping the colour gets changed before my turn. Denki takes his turn placing a red card and so does Sero, Mina smirks placing a blue card and I secretly smile and laugh in my head but keeping my pokerface on.

Kirishima sighs placing another blue card, "I win" I say placing my final card "what...how..damn it y/n" Mina says confused laughing as well as everyone else. "Good game girl...but next time I'll win I'm sure of it" Mina says as she packs away the cards, "alright if you say so" I playfully say back.

I walk to the kitchen to grab some water from the fridge, I felt arms wrap around my waist causing me to jump and turn around only to be met with Denki's cute smile. "You did great tonight" he whispered in my ear "well you did too" I say booping his nose, "hmm not really..but I'll take it" he said resting his head on my shoulder.

"Wanna stay the night in my room" he asked hugging me tighter, "I just missed you but you don't have too if you-" I cut him off "I missed you too and of course I will" I said gently stroking his hair. He looks up at me happily quickly kissing my cheek and looking away, he's just so cute.

We made our way back to his room before I realised I didn't have my pj's, "could I maybe borrow some clothes I don't feel like going up to my room" I asked as we walked into his room. "Sure let me grab some" he walked over to his draws and grabbed out a pair of sweat pants and a shirt. He handed them to me before pulling his own shirt off, I stare for a few seconds completely flustered before turning away but the mental image off his body stuck in my head, he's so hot with his abs and.. snap out of it i mentally slap myself.

I hear him put laundry into a basket and climb into his bed. I turn back around to see him smirking at me "what are you smirking about" I said as I cross my arms over my chest "oh nothing just the fact that you were pretty much drooling while staring at me" he chuckled and it sent shivers down my spine. "Was not" I huff as I place the clothes he gave me on the dresser, "I'm going to get dressed now turn around" I said as he just sat there and smirked. "Fine" he playfully sighed before turning away.

I quickly pulled on the clothes he gave me and discarded mine into the laundry basket. His clothes smelt so nice and were so soft, I walked over to the bed and climbed in next to him.

He wrapped his arm around me pulling me close while I snuggled my head into his neck, "goodnight y/n" he's said sleepily and yawned I yarned  too "goodnight" I said before looking up at him "I love you" I whispered"I love you too" he smiled before leaning closer.

I smiled leaning in and kissing him before we drifted off to sleep.
