DESCRIPTION
Aveline and Everett were inseparable growing up, but everything changed when Everett became the popular lacrosse captain in high school. As their bond shifted, Aveline's feelings grew deeper, though she feared it would ruin their friendship. Late nights together only deepened her uncertainty, leaving her to cling to a flicker of hope that their connection wasn't gone forever.
SUMMARY
AVELINE AND Everett had been inseparable since they were kids. From the moment they met, they were always side by side, whether it was during summer days spent riding bikes or late-night talks about their dreams. They shared everything—secrets, laughter, and a bond that felt unbreakable. But things began to change as they entered high school. Everett, once the quiet, humble boy she knew so well, suddenly gained popularity. He became the star of the school, captain of the lacrosse team, and a person everyone seemed to admire. As Everett's status soared, Aveline watched from the sidelines, feeling as though the distance between them was growing wider with every passing day. The easy, carefree friendship they once had now felt heavy, and the spark that had always been between them seemed to flicker, dimmed by the uncertainty of what was happening to them.
Despite the changes, Aveline couldn't ignore the way her feelings for Everett had shifted. She found herself staring at him in the hallways, feeling a pull she couldn't deny. But with her growing attraction came fear—fear that if she acted on it, it would ruin the friendship they had built for years. She found herself lying awake at night, wondering if he ever felt the same way. But as much as she wanted to reach for it, she couldn't shake the fear that what they had was gone, and the possibility of something more was slipping away. She did her best though to focus on that flicker, that hope, that it wasn't too late that the spark between them could be reignited before it faded completely.

-aveline is the daughter of angela & shawn. angela & shawn are married in this fic, there is no katy & shawn!
-you can add someone to be katy's love interest if you want since there is no shawn & katy in this fic
-you can come up with everything about everett's backstory & such ! just be sure to keep him being a sports lover with lacrosse being his favorite
-all i had planned for aveline so far is that she's more of a wallflower, kinda prefers to be by herself & that she's a great artist but be sure to also add she loves photography too thanks to her dad who she has been watching do photography as she grew up.
