"Disappeared? To where?"

Thought I'd feed you guys with a small update :)
This is an au where Muichiro is a God and he had disappeared. Tanjiro, a 20 year old boy, wants to discover why the God mysteriously vanished and where to?

Tanjiro, a normal mortal, only 20 years old. For some reason since he was born, he's felt connected to the stars and the sky. He's not sure why, but he's always been drawn to it. It's always confused him but he's never thought of it much.

He soon became interested in an ancient god, muichiro.
He's read all there is to be known.
'Muichiro. The god of ###########. he was known to be a sweet god, beautiful as well. But one day, he had disappeared, never to be heard nor seen of again. And when that happened, stars died, disappeared. Galaxies, gone. The universe slowly disappearing along with the certain god. Not much is known about him. They used to know so much about him. But after his disappearance, knowledge about him also disappeared.'

Tanjiro felt connected to this god somehow, but was unsure. He was invested in it and had spent hundreds on good telescopes, books, etc. anything he could get.

He'd look through his telescope and watch as a star he had seen the night before disappear. 'Why is this happening? What's going on?' He always wondered. He would write stuff down, research, anything, everything. He hadn't gotten far though.
He's wondered so much..
'What is muichiro the god of?'
'Where is muichiro?'
'What happened to him?'
'Why are the stars and galaxies disappearing since he had disappeared?'
'Why don't we have much Knowledge on him anymore?'
'What happened to the knowledge we had of him?'

....

after years and years of study and research, after years of watching stars slowly die and galaxies slowly disappear. he had a dream.
a guy, long black hair styled in a half-up Dutch crown braid with beautiful White Chrysanthemum flowers in the hair-crown part. the ends of his hair were teal and glowing softly. Tanjiro was confused but stared at the beauty in front of him as the figure opened his mouth to speak. he looked like he was speaking but no words were coming out, leaving tanjiro more confused as he tried to talk to the figure in front of him

after a while he woke up, it was the middle of the night. other the years tanjiros family and friends had thought something was wrong. they've never seen nor heard of someone so curious and 'nerdy' about the particular god and its disappearance.

tanjiro put his shoes and jacket on, going outside with his book and telescope. he looked and looked until he found a new star

wait..
a new star?

thats weird...usually they just die..

"whats going on?"
tanjiro asked himself.

As tanjiro looked at the new found star in confusion. pulling away from his telescope, he smiled a bit before grabbing his book and excitingly writing. He hasn't seen anything like this at all and its been billions of years since a new star has ever formed.
Tanjiro then looked through the telescope again, his computer beside it as it was connected to the telscope(fancy telescope man)
Tanjiro watched as the new star flickered before becoming brighter before turning more...red?
"...what" Tanjiro blinked in confusion. why did the star have a red hue? why did a new star suddenly form? Many things went through tanjiros mind as he looked in the sky more but never finding any new stars, just the one he already found.

Tanjiro sighed and looked up at the sky, just staring at the beauty of the stars and the beautiful soft light of the moon, the thing he felt most connected to. The moon casted a soft and gentle glow upon the grass, trees, house, everything. It was truly beautiful.

Tanjiro went back to bed around an hour later. having no more dreams..maybe it was just gonna be the one dream, right?

NIGHT.

he had the same dream, over and over again. It was driving him crazy! whats the meaning of these dreams hes having?! why does he keep getting the same one?! Tanjiro was confused, but at the same time he wanted to keep dreaming about it. The boy in his dreams...so beautiful..it reminded him of the moon..
the soft glowing eyes, the beautiful smile...the way the end of the blows hair softly glowed..tanjiro couldnt help but admire it. Maybe it was just a dream and he would never meet anyone like that
i mean, could such a drop dead gorgeous person exist?

Tanjiro sighed, getting ready for the day..

what could POSSIBLY happen?

at work, he was taking orders when a boy, around his age but slightly smaller, walked in. his teal eyes looking around before landing on tanjiro...

It was the boy from his dream..

Sooo update will be slow still! I apologize! I'm working on another book and I'm currently having issues with my health so it will be a while! This is by far my favorite au though so I will try to work on it more! I apologize if my grammar isn't right or anything, it confuses me sometimes(I say as english is my first and only language)
