"You will never understand the damage you did to someone until it's done to you, that's why I'm here", ~ karma
Ethan could not be more shocked right now if pigs started to fly. He stands there at the gym doors watching in pure astonished disbelief as Katsuki chats up Izuku without a care in the world. Anger begins to brew in his chest at the blonde hero who always seems to win in almost every situation even after he had thought for sure he could tarnish his reputation and knock Katsuki down a few pegs.
What's even worse is Katsuki and Izuku don't seem to care one bit that he's here. Izuku hasn't even glanced in his direction, no those green eyes are lit up with happy admiration as he stands there completely lost in conversation with a smile so wide it takes over every feature on his face. It's like he doesn't even exist.
Oh and let's not forget that whole scene on the bus where he was blocked off from even getting close to his so called boyfriend by all those idiots that Izuku insist on calling friends. He's fairly sure some of that was Katsuki's doing too. When it comes to Izuku he's noticed that the blonde hero is fiercely overprotective, to the point he seems more like a mafia boss when it comes to it and the orders he gives to be sure the greenett is under what feels like is constant surveillance. He rolls his eyes at this as he stands there fuming while he now watches the other heros gather around Katsuki with wide smiles and fist bumps of victory that the blonde slipped away from suspension and is now attending this event with them.
His eyes narrow at the scene until a very calm, very serious voice now enters his mind from just a few inches away.
" Ok, I want you all to head into the gym. Find a seat and I'll be in in a few minutes to give you further instructions."
Ethan clamps down on the inside of his cheek ready to follow the rest inside where he can snatch Izuku from the gaze of crimson eyes.
But Aizawa has other plans. Once everyone is inside he speaks to the hero not yet through the doors.
" Is there a problem Hero Dash? You look rather perplexed."
Ethan's attention shifts to Aizawa who's standing near him now.
" It's just i don't understand why he's here, I mean he was supposed to be suspended right?", the male questions trying desperately to hide the anger that's brewing.
Aizawa takes a moment letting a silence fall between them while dark eyes never waiver from Dash's who suddenly looks like he's having a hard time not looking nervous.
The pro hero takes steps forward finally, hands tucked in the pockets of his signature black jumpsuit.
" Ah yes that. Well you see as both a mentor, a former sensei and now boss to Bakugo I felt it to be my responsibility to look into the matter fully, myself. To not just take words to heart and believe every statement of his suggested guilt as fact before I saw the evidence with my own eyes. You can understand me wanting to do that right Dash?"
Ethan swallows, suddenly feeling unnerving fear start to build, before he can respond Aizawa keeps going.
" So as you can imagine I took this on like a dog after a bone. This was one of the most important missions of my career. I was going to be sure that I did a thorough job looking into everything you said happened that day because I mean if Bakugo was guilty as you said he was I wanted to be sure that he was properly discipline, but if he wasn't.....", he pauses now as he walks slowly closing in watching Dash actually take a step back.
" I was going to be sure that issue was also swiftly delt with...in my own way.", he says with eyes of cold darkness.
Ethan's heart rate is picking up. Aizawa on a normal day was intimidating, this was a different level. He tries to find the words to speak again but it's clear that raven eyes are far from finshed as his words are cut off before they can start.
