(Y/n), Meena, Emerald, and Jack made it to the Monstro Lounge that night. Once inside, they see that the place is busy and has a few sea anemone students working around. "I must say that this place is quite nice." (Y/n) finally saw the Monstro Lounge. "I'm quite surprised this is allowed on school grounds." Emerald spoke. "Remember, you're in enemy territory here. Stay sharp at all times." Jack warned the girls. Floyd walks over when he notices (Y/n) walking in with her group. "Eyyy, Little Shrimpy! Glad you could make it! I see you've got a sea urchin, barracuda, and sawfish plus-ones."
"I told you not to call me that!" Jack growled. "I don't approve of that name!" Meena glared. Jade then joins the group. "Well, well. Thank you for coming to our establishment so promptly. Welcome to the Mostro Lounge. Is this your first time dining here?" He then kissed (Y/n)'s hand. Jack pulls her away. "Y'know, I've been wondering since lunch... Do you have a thing for askin' questions you already know the answers to?"
"Heh. I like to keep my bases covered. Now then, if you would allow me to provide you with a rundown of our establishment...The Mostro Lounge is a meeting place for gentlemen. Or for ladies." Jade paused as he looked at the girls. "Any quarrels with other dorms are verboten here. Students from all dorms are expected to abide by Octavinelle rules on the premises. We pride ourselves on providing a place for everyone to enjoy under the same set of rules. With that out of the way... How may I assist you today?" Jade finished explaining."You know why I'm here, Jade. I wish to speak to your boss." (Y/n) crossed her arms. "Heh heh heh... Very well. The manager is currently meeting with another patron. Could I ask you to wait in the lounge until such time as his schedule opens up? And lest I forget, our establishment has a one-drink minimum. You must order at least a single beverage of some variety." Jade held onto (Y/n)'s hand as he led her and her group to a table. Once they were seated, Jade turned to Ace and Deuce, who were wearing waiter uniforms and working around the tables. "Sea anemone, if you could take our esteemed customer's order?"
"Sorry, I've got drinks to run." Deuce was holding two trays of drinks. "You do it! We're slammed over here! You keep making us do all the work while you're just sittin' pretty over there." Ace glared at the twins. "You're talking back to me? How impressively bold for a sea anemone." Jade walked over and tugged on their anemones. "OWWW! Geez!" Ace cried out in pain. "Quit tugging our anemones!" Deuce held his head. "Azul tasked me with instructing the new staff, so it falls to me to instill proper discipline in those who fail to respect authority." Jade told him as he continued to squeeze the anemones. "Ow ow ow ow ow! Okay, okay! I get it!" Deuce winced in pain.
(Y/n) had enough of seeing her friends in pain. She pushed Jade away from Ace and Deuce. "That's enough, Jade!" Jade was surprised at her before he smiled. "Ah, but you must understand. As I just finished explaining, here in the lounge, everyone must follow our rules." Floyd joins in the conversation. "And according to the rules, we're allowed to squeeze problem employees who don't do as they're told!"
"Tch... You're just makin' a show out of hazing the rookies in front of us. It's making me sick." Jack glared at the twins. "It's also leaving a bad taste in my mouth." Meena growls. "Is that your way of offering to take their place helpin' out around the lounge?" Floyd asked with a playful smile. "Ooh, that's a great idea! I second that proposal! All in favor? Aye! The ayes have it! (Y/n), Meena, Emerald, and Jack are hereby nominated temporary assistants, effective immediately!" Ace excitedly raised his hand. "Hey, what're you tryin' to pull?!" Jack exclaimed. "We're not picky, really. We'll take anyone, as long as they're willing to pull their weight." Jade smiled. "You guys wouldn't want to get kicked out of the place, right?" Deuce whispered. "I'm runnin' on fumes here, and Grim's in the back, up to his eyeballs in soap from dishwashing. C'mon, be a couple of pals and help us out." Ace also whispered.
Everyone just stared at Ace and Deuce for a moment before Jack spoke up. "......Tch...Fine, whatever. The sooner we wrap up our business here, the sooner I can go back to my dorm and catch a few winks." He explained. "What? Dude, it's barely nine. What time do you go to bed?" Ace asked. "I'm always tucked in by ten." Jack answered. "Whoa, we got a serious model student over here!" Ace exclaimed. "At least he's being a model student, unlike some boys we know." Emerald crossed her arms at them. "It's also a good thing we learned about waiting tables from Madam Bo." (Y/n) told. The boys looked at the girls as if they were crazy. Turns out both Earthrealm and Outworld are still working on how to exchange currency. One day, the girls wanted to try to get some food from Madam Bo. With the currency problem, Madam Bo had the princesses work at her restaurant so she could properly pay them.
