Alternate Ending 1: Healing Hearts

(Name) silently stands infront of a tombstone after placing a bouquet of roses on top of it

Her white coat flutters softly behind her as a mild wind blows by

"Hey Itachi" she greets softly, smiling through the tears that silently rolls down her cheeks

"How are you up there? I hope you're safe"

She whispers

"Do you know what happened today? I finally graduated!" She smiles softly, showing her diploma

"Are you proud of me?"

Another mild wind blows by as silence took over

"I miss you!!!"

Finally she couldn't handle it anymore

She broke down...

"Itachi!!!"

"Miss, you'll have to wait outside!"

"Nooo! Itachi! Nooooo! Don't leave meee!!!"

(Name) screams in agony as she see's Itachi being surrounded by nurses and a doctor barking out orders

It's as if time was in slow motion. She could see nurses quickly running around the room with Itachi uncontrollably coughing up blood.
(Name) was being pulled outside the room

"Itachiiiiii!!!" She cries as Sasuke pulls her outside and hugged her tightly, as he too, sobs uncontrollably on her shoulder... He can't... He can't stand seeing his beloved brother in such a state...

He loves him

"No! No! No!" She screams repeatedly thrashing in Sasuke's grasp

Beside her Mikoto sobs as Fugaku silently cries comforting his wife

"ITACHIIIII"

with one final agonizing wail, (Name) fainted...

Only remembering Itachi's last words

"(Name), I don't think I go on anymore"
Itachi coughs weakly

"No, don't say that. I'll find a cure for this. Please don't say that, Itachi" (Name) begs as tears escapes her eyes

(Name) was now only two years far before she graduates, then after that she would work hard and find a cure for Itachi's unknown disease, even if it means sleepless nights and stress

Then by the time Itachi would be cured, they would get married and have that family they were planning ever since (Name) graduated from higschool

"I... I can't, (Name)... I'm tired" Itachi feels a tear roll down his pale cheek as (Name) starts to cry

"Please don't... Please please don't, Itachi. I-I can't live w-without you" she gasps for air as she chokes through her sobs

She coughs as she tries to control her sobbing. A soft hand touches her cheeks

"Please... Forget about me. Move on when I'm gone... Marry someone who'll he there for you..."

"But I want to be with you, no one else!" She sobs

Itachi's eyes softens

"I love you, Itachi" (Name) kisses Itachi's forehead lovingly

"P-please (Name), haghh... f-find s-s-someone else t-to t-ta-take haghh... care o-of you I-I l-l-love yo- arghh- haghh!!"

Itachi covers his mouth with his hand as he started to cough up blood, (Name's) glazed (e/c) eyes widens as she quickly pushed the red button

"Itachi? Itachi?!? Itachi!!!!"

It was a miracle how Itachi still managed to live longer. It was said that it was because of (Name); he wanted to stay alive for her, to fulfill their desired dream

But it seems like Itachi couldn't fight it anymore

He was Gone...

"ITACHI!!!"

(Name) cried for nearly 2 hours, sobbing her painfilled broken heart out. She was desperately gasping for air that she almost fainted right then and there infront of Itachi's tomb

After another thirty minutes or so the (h/c) girl had managed to stop the tears

"I'm sorry. I know I shouldn't be weak" she weakly laughs at herself as she wipes the remains of her tears

A wind blows by and it's as if it was Itachi giving her a comforting hug, she hugs herself and savors the warming wind

"Itachi..." She murmurs "I wanted to tell you something. I hope you won't hate me for this"

(Name) takes a deep breath and steadies herself

"I... I-I... I f-found someone n-new" she takes another shaky breath and continues. "Please don't hate me, I really love you I really do, but I couldn't help it but f-fall for Deidara..."

(Name) smiles a faint smile

"It's just that... We understand each other. Both Deidara and I had lost someone so dearly to us that we know how much pain this feels. It-" (Name) once again wipes a crystal tear "- was Deidara who comforted me when I was so devastated about your death... It... It was him that made me smile again... And at the same time I could feel his pain when he lost his bestfriend Sasori Akasuna from an accident. I-I hope you won't hate me because of this... Please don't"

(Name's) tears are now once again washing down like a waterfall. After Itachi's death (Name) became so distant and isolated from others, the same situation with Sasuke. And there was also a time when she needed to repeat a year because her grades went downfall. But it all changed when one day Deidara approached the girl he once knew was all bright smiles, and as much as he could, Deidara successfully made the (h/c)ette girl smile again and couldn't help but fall for her. At that same time both young adults thought everything will be fine from then on... until Sasori got into an accident in his own science lab. Sasori had graduated three years earlier than the two and had been a successful scientist eversince, that is until an experiment gone wrong and caused the red head's life. Deidara's world crashed down when the news was brought to him. Sasori was all he had left. He was his bestfriend despite them arguing about art, since Sasori is also a great artist as the blond is. (Name) repayed Deidara by comforting him and being there for him like how he was when she was in this painful state.  Since both knew how this felt, they decided to take good care of each other, resulting the two to develop a bond and soon fell inlove with each other, afterall both of them still have

Healing hearts

"Please don't hate me" was all (Name) kept repeating this entire time

Suddenly another wind blows by, making the girl to grip her white coat, and this time she heard  a voice

"I can never hate you... I'm happy for you, (Name)..."
