Alternate Ending 2: In Another Life, Welcome Home

"Itachi!!!"

"Miss, you'll have to wait outside!"

"Nooo! Itachi! Nooooo! Don't leave meee!!!"

(Name) screams in agony as she see's Itachi being surrounded by nurses and a doctor barking out orders

It's as if time was in slow motion. She could see nurses quickly running around the room with Itachi uncontrollably coughing up blood.
(Name) was being pulled outside the room

"Itachiiiiii!!!" She cries as Sasuke pulls her outside and hugged her tightly, as he too, sobs uncontrollably on her shoulder... He can't... He can't stand seeing his beloved brother in such a state...

He loves him

"No! No! No!" She screams repeatedly thrashing in Sasuke's grasp

Beside her Mikoto sobs as Fugaku silently cries comforting his wife

"ITACHIIIII"

"I do" utters a soft melodic female voice

Her husband-to-be smiles as he shakily inserts the wedding ring to the slender ring finger of his wife-to-be

"I do"

(Name) sighs as she stares outside her window. It's a warm and cloudy day. The (h/c) woman blinks then walks around the bedroom. She sits on the king size bed of her and her husband

She is waiting for him

Any moment now she would hear the front door open and then she will see her dear husband again after a day without seeing each other

A door opens and footsteps were heard. (Name) smiles

"Love, I'm home" calls her husband

(Name's) smile only grows wider. She walks to the bedroom door, at the same time her husband was just entering

The (h/c) woman let's out a soft giggle as her husband grins. Dropping his bag and jacket on a nearby chair, her dear husband envelopes the woman to a warm longing hug. His hands sliding softly and came incontact with the big bump of his wife's stomach. Both new-incoming parents smiles and shares a passionate kiss

They couldn't be any happier with each other

"Welcome home, Itachi"
