she had a marvelous time ruining everything

CLAIRE STOOD INFRONT OF HER locker putting away the books she was carrying. She then took out her other textbooks of what she planned on studying that night.

When she closed her locker door shut Claire's slimily boyfriend was revealed from behind the door.

Unfazed by the sudden appearance of said boyfriend, Claire greets him with a kiss. "Hey, Benji."

"Hi Claire-bear." Claire scrunches up her nose cutely at the nickname making Ben chuckle. Ben leans against the row of locker casually. "I was thinking that maybe we could do something tonight. Just the two of us."

Claire hums pretending to think but they both already know what her answers gonna be. "Sure. It's a date."

"Great. I have some paperwork I need to finish first and then I'll meet you in your dorm room, if that works for you?"

"Could you meet me in the library instead? I have to finish the reading for magical history." Claire knew that if she didn't get it done soon she'd never do it. Claire may love to read but she was not a fan of history and if she tried to read in her dorm room she'd one hundred percent fall asleep.

"Sure I can." Ben agreed without hesitation.

"Okay. I'll see you later then?" Claire smiles leaning into her boyfriend.

He too leans in. "yes you will."

The couple shared a kiss before parting their own separate ways, both unknowing of what the night had in store for them as the peace in Aruadon was once ruined again.

CLAIRE SAT IN THE BACK CORNER of the library doing some reading for her magical history class. She only hoped she could stay out of sight long enough to finish reading it and get some other work done without being disturbed.

But alas that hope vanished when Jane, still in her cheer uniform, came in calling her name earning a dirty look from the librarian.

"Claire," Jane whines plopping herself down in the chair in-front of the blonde. Not even give her a chance to ask, Jane elaborate on what's got her in such a pouty mood. "I made an absolute fool of myself in-front of Carlos."

Claire would have laughed if it wasn't for her friend's sad face. Carlos seeing Jane as anything less than perfect would be ludicrous.
