Baked Mac & Cheese

Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 1 Cup cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1 cup Gouda cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Step 1: heat a pot of boiling water for pasta, preheat oven to 350F
Step 2: mix butter and flour to create a roux
Step 3: once roux is ready add milk, half of the cheddar cheese, and all of the Gouda. Add salt and pepper as well. Stir until thick.
Step 4: if water is boiling add pasta, DO NOT FULLY COOK! Only cook the pasta for 3 minutes, since the cheese sauce will cook the noodles partially.
Step 5: pour the cheese sauce onto the noodles and mix well.
Step 6: grease a small pan to put pasta in. Add pasta into the pan.
Step 7: sprinkle breadcrumbed and other half of cheddar cheese on top
Step 8: cook for 25 minutes until golden brown on top
Step 9: sit down and enjoy
