C H A P T E R 4 ♡

Jayden ♡

I regret taking advantage of Aubrey. I couldn't control myself that night...it's like one minute we were just talking to each other and the next I was on top of her with her screaming. I've always been attracted to Aubrey and I guess my hormones took over that night. I've tried apologizing to her over a thousand times and I wish that I could take back that night but I can't. I miss my bestfriend and I love her. I'll always love her.

I stared at her as she tried to do the problem Mrs. Burrow put on the board.

I know she can feel me staring at her.

I kicked her desk gently causing her to give me her attention.

She rolled her eyes and continued to do the problem.

"Aubrey please stop ignoring me." I whispered trying to get her attention again.

She ignored me once again.

"Aubrey I love you." I whispered to her.

She shook her head.

"You don't hurt the ones you love." She stated not even glancing my way.

"It was a mistake and I wish that I could take it back. I'm really sorry Aubrey." I replied back reaching across my desk and grabbing her hand.

She quickly snatched it back.

"Jayden! Pay attention to your own work!" Mrs. Burrow snapped giving me her evil eye.

I nodded my head looking at Aubrey once more before continuing my work.

The guilt is eating me alive and I don't know how to makeup for what I've done.

I rushed out out of the classroom once first block was finished.

I wish Jayden would just leave me alone. I don't want to have anything to do with him.

I turned around the corner quite fast and I bumped into someone's hard chest making our books fall.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry." I apologized trying to pick up both of our books not even bothering to look up.

"It's okay." I heard a deep voice say making me look up at the person.

"Dacian?" I asked standing up quickly.

He nodded his head. "That's me. You must be Aubrey right?" He asked.

"Yeah. You and your sister go here?" I questioned in shock.

I've never seen Dacian and his sister here ever or maybe I never noticed them. I'm pretty sure I would've noticed Dacian though. He's pretty hot.

"We just switched schools so yeah." He told me.

I picked up the rest of the books and I handed him his books.

"Thank you." He said grabbing his books.

"You're welcome. This school is great so I know you guys will enjoy it here." I replied back smiling at him.

"I hope so. Do you happen to know where the chemistry room is?" He asked looking down at his schedule.

"Actually we have the same class next so we can walk to class together." I explained to him.

"Great." He replied back with a smile for the first time.

His smile is absolutely beautiful and his teeth are perfect.

"Great."

I don't know if I could ever get use to being around another boy but I'm willing to try with Dacian.
