Anupama entered the room with a sly smile, holding his overcoat dearly, but the scene before her eyes left her bewildered.

He noticed the rainbow of her expressions. His eyes followed hers as her gaze shifted from Ridhima hugging him to the placement of his hand on her back. He quickly removed his hand and created some distance, applying a little pressure on her shoulder.

Ridhima swiftly wiped a few tears from her cheeks. When she noticed him looking over her shoulder, she turned and saw Anupama standing there. She quickly hugged her: Thanks for giving me this opportunity.

Anupama smiled forcibly: Koi baat ni..

Mukku queried: What opportunity...

Ridhima smiled as if she hadn't been crying seconds ago: To work with KE as marketing head in Anuj's project..

Devika clarified in a stern tone: Anuj and Anupama's project...they are partners...
