Jiehyun had his palm over her mouth, and with his other hand, his fingers touched his own lips.

Jiehyun (whispers): “Shhh.”
Outside, the three boys ran past the entrance, shouting angrily.
Boy 1: “Find her! She came this way!”
Boy 2: “She’s here somewhere!”
Boy 3: “Don’t let her get away!”
Minshi stood completely still, her back lightly pressed against wall, her breaths trembling against his hand. She could feel her heartbeat pounding in her throat.
When the boys finally ran further away, Jiehyun slowly pulled his hand back and checked outside to make sure the area was clear.
Then he looked at her with a small, exhausted sigh.
Jiehyun: “…How do you manage to get into trouble every single time?”
Minshi (nervously): “hidden talent you know…”
Jiehyun (shaking his head): “Come on. Let’s go before they come back.”
He lightly placed his hand on her back and guided her out of the parking lot.

The open rooftop café was quiet. Warm fairy lights hung above them, swaying softly with the night wind.
Jieun rested her elbows on the railing, her eyes wide with admiration.
Jieun (softly): “Wow… it’s beautiful. You can see the whole of Seoul from here.”
Mars wasn’t looking at the view. He was looking at her.
He leaned back in his chair, lips curling into a sweet smile as he took a sip of his drink.
Mars (chuckling):.“Pretty view… but not prettier than you.”
