(Tris' P.O.V)
It is now Friday. Which means Homecoming. Yay. I am, surprisingly, excited! We get the day off from school due to the dance. The girls wanted to meet up at Starbucks, so that's where I'm headed. On my way there I hear a noise coming from a dark, creepy alleyway. Haha watch me get kidnapped, like in the movies. How ironic would that be.
Ok I am freaking out because I saw movement in there.
OH MY GOD SOMEONE IN ALL BLACK IS COMING AT ME!!!!! "HELLLLLLP MEE-" I get cut off by duct tape.
"Dude tris calm down," a girl said. Wait how do they know my name? Is it someone to know? Wait! I'm an idiot.
"Christina what the hell you're going to give her a heart attack. I told you we shouldn't have done that. Hell I have a flippin black eye from Lynn punching me." Shauna!
"I said I was sorry," Lynn, I'm guessing, says from somewhere in the alleyway. Now the girls are dragging me into, what seems like, a car and duct taping me down. Omg are they going to rape me. Wait why would they do that? Why am I even thinking that.
"Ok salon time!!!" All of them except Lynn and, of course me, screams. Ugh now I know why they're taping me down. They are literally dragging me there. The take off the blindfold and tape off of me and I look to my right to see Lynn in the exact same position I am in.
"I am going to kill you all! Even you Lynn cause you didn't give me a head start- wait on second thought, Lynn would just come back and haunt me. So scratch Lynn out, but still." I pout. We start driving and soon after are pulled over by a cop.
"Young ladies, why do you have two girls taped down in your back seats?" The man asked
"Well," Lynn starts," you see here police guy. These here girls are taking my friend, tris, and I to the salon. I know that you are probably thinking that we still shouldn't be taped back here. But, if they didn't, we would be trying to jump out of this moving vehicle. Which, by the way, has happened before," Lynn says like it is the most normal thing in the world. Which, for our group of friends, is.
"Oh ok then. You pretty ladies have a good day then," he said kinda skeptical.
======== time skip to homecoming ======
When the guys picked us I'm they're jaws dropped so low, I thought it was like an elevator system or something.
We are all dancing when all of a sudden this happens.
"Ok guys," our principle starts," we counted the votes and it is unanimous the homecoming king and queen are, yours ship, and mine, Fourtris!!!!!" We walk and get our crowns. This has happened for 4 years now. So nothing new. "I know for a new tradition. The divergent rebels are going to preform." Wait- no! That's our group! No no no no no no! This is not happening. No one told me this.
"Group huddle," I shouted!
We figure out our song after 10 minutes of Uriah screaming about us doing the F.U.N song from spongebob.

Ok guys hope you enjoyed this chapter. Sorry school started and both Danielle and I have Algebra 1, GT, and all pre-ap classes. So we are juggling a lot. Plus with me being in orchestra and having to practice an hour and a half a day for regions is hard. Same for Ellie except she is in choir. But that is no excuse. We will try absolutely EVERYTHING AND I MEAN EVERYTHING to get at least 2-4 chapters out a week. Ok guys
