Oh, Bluestar... At least you got to say goodbye to your kits as their mother... So Bluestar dies near the end of A Dangerous Path. She finally realizes that StarClan and ThunderClan haven't turned their backs on her when she sees her clan helping one another. She rushes to help with the dogs and saves Fireheart by knocking the pack leader into the gorge. She is swept away by the current and Fireheart dives after her. Further down, Mistyfoot and Stonefur help her out. Tigerstar confronts them, but Graystripe keeps him at bay. Then, Bluefur and her kits finally share tongues and she goes to StarClan in peace, knowing Firestar will take care of her clan. And he does.
