Chapter 9- Pregnant

Nikki's POV

My mate, Justin sat patiently on our bed, when I opened the bathroom door.

What I held in my hand was a pregnancy test. I smiled at Justin.

"So?" Justin said, standing up.

"It's positive!" I squealed.

I was trying to get pregnant with Justin's baby forever!  We were both ready to become parents.

Justin picked me up and spun me around.

"Yay! I'm going to tell ceris!"  I squealed.

"Um... Do you have to tell him?" Justin spoke.

"Yeah... He's my best friend."

"Can you not... Talk to him anymore."

"What? Are you jealous Justin."

Justin was NEVER the jealous type. He always made me talk to other guys without having a tracking device inserted in my neck. Justin was a calm kind dude, but he's acting different now.

"I'm just afraid he will take you away from me." Justin whispered.

The moment that was supposed to be the happiest moment of my life became the most annoyed moment of my life.

"Newsflash! Ceris is gay and he's with Derrek, so he can't steal me away because one, HE'S NOT INTERESTED IN GIRLS and two, HE HAS A MATE!"

The look in Justin eyes seemed hurtful.
He shook his head.

"I-I'm sorry... I overreacted... I didn't know Ceris's mate was Derrek."

"Can I go see my best friend now?"

"Yeah...."

I walked out the door, and I was immediately happy again.

I skipped all the way to ceris's door and knocked.

The person I didn't expect to see opened the door.

"Derrek?"

He was completely shirtless... Damn... Ceris is lucky to have a sexy mate.

I mean Justin is adorable... Not sexy.

His messy hair was all over the place.

"Can I see Ceris... I have some news for him."

Derrek nodded and yelled into the room.

"Ceris! Get your sexy ass to the door Nikki have some news for you!"

"I am sexy, thank you for realizing that babe." Ceris spoke, coming towards the door.

Ceris reached up and kissed Derrek on the cheek.

I loved seeing them together, not only they are a sexy couple. They were both too aborable.

"Nikki! My Sista from anotha mista!" Ceris spoke.

"I have some awesome news to tell you!" I squealed.

I noticed that I had the pregnancy test still in my hand.

"You know what... Here I rather show you!"

I handed him the pregnancy test.

"Oh. My. Gosh! Is it Justins?"

"Of course its Justin's I didn't sleep with anyone else!"

Ceris hugged me.

"Congratulations Future Mom!"

Ceris's POV

Derrek went back inside while I walked around on the porch.

"Ceris..."

I turned to see Justin, standing there. He looked pissed.

"Oh hey Justin! Congratulations on the pregnancy of your wife!"

He didn't even say thanks, now I know something is up.

"Stay away from Nikki." He growled.

"What? No dude, I don't like Nikki like-"

I was cut off by Justin pinning me against the wall. The wood of the house hurted more than being pinned onto drywall.... Believe me I've been there.

"Don't you play with me! You want Nikki do you?"

"No way! I'm not even interested in-"

"Shut up!"

He slammed my head into the ground. The pain was unbearable. I touched my forehead and blood was running down it. I didn't want to fight Justin, so I stayed down.

He picked me up by my shirt and raised a fist at me.

"Don't touch Nikki!" Justin yelled.

I slipped out my shirt and ran for the forest, but Justin immediately caught me. Why is everyone faster than me!

He pinned me to the ground and held my right arm behind my back and his knee on my lower half of my back.

"Like I said... Nikki is mine! Don't touch her!"

"Listen to me Justin!" I yelled.

"Let go of my mate Justin."

I heard derrek's voice growled, Justin immediately let me go and I stood up dusting myself off.

"D-Derrek! You are actually his mate?" Justin asked.

"If you haven't realize the mark on his neck.... He's taken by me."

Justin sighed and ran his hands through his black hair.

"Damn... I'm sorry Ceris..." Justin apologized.

"I tried to tell you I was gay and wasn't interested in Nikki! You wouldn't listen!"

I was pissed, but I forgave him.

"I'm sorry, I thought Nikki was lying about you being with Derrek.... I'm a mess."

Justin walked back inside and Derrek walked over to me.

"Come on, let's get you cleaned up."

He led me back inside to get my wound cleaned up.
