Darkness (Tim's POV)

I spiraled down to the floor, eventually landing and bouncing, my fall cushioned by something soft. I ran my hand up and down the surface; sticky. Looking down, I realized that I had been caught.

I'm stuck in a web.

I struggled. Tried harder and harder to escape. No luck.

I was falling.

I found myself spiraling once again. I fell into darkness, letting nothing but my frail and shaky breaths carry me down. I hoped and hoped that they'd be able to cushion my fall, but they were so small; so weak. They'd never be able to carry my weight. The weight of my lies.

I had lied to him. About so many things. I was in the wrong. He had pointed out my flaws and mistakes and my secrets, that held me down like that cement block, but all I did was lie.

That's all I can do, after all.

I fell into the blackness known as my insides. My heart. My soul. My life. My everything.

He was my everything.
