The Ash's Compound

You walked into the Dal in the morning and Trick looked at you, saying,

"Hey. Coffee or scotch?" You laughed and said,

"Coffee." Trick smiled and handed you your coffee, saying,

"What did The Ash want yesterday?" You rolled your eyes and said,

"Nothing. He just asked me about being a succubus and told me not to be late today." You looked at your watch and said,

"Speaking of late....if I don't leave now, I will be late. See you later Trick." You got up and said,

"By the way, I'm taking this with me." You grabbed the coffee and Trick nodded, saying,

"I know." You walked out of the Dal and ran into Hale and Dyson. Hale smiled at you and said,

"What's up girl?" You looked at your watch, again, and said,

 "Hale, drive me to The Ash's compound, will you?" Hale looked at Dyson and Dyson nodded. Hale sighed and said,

"Alrighty. Let's go." You smiled and said,

"You are a life saver."

Time skip to when you get to the compound

You hopped out of the car and said,

"Thanks, Hale. See you later." You walked into the compound and to the throne room. You saw Lachlan, sitting at his desk, reading.

"You're late, (Y/N)." He said, not looking up from his book. You rolled your eyes and said,

"Sorry that I can't always be at your side, Sir." He looked up at you and said,

"The old Ash may have been very flexible with your attitude. I, however, will not be. Is that understood?" You looked at him, wide eyed for a second, then you sighed,

"Yes. I understand." He smirked and said,

"So glad, that we are on the same page." You frowned and looked away from him. He closed his book and said,

"I have an assignment for you...my little succubus assistant." You looked at him and stayed quiet. You didn't like the way he said succubus. He stood from his desk and said,

"Your little friend Bo. She's undecided. You are light fae. I am not permitted to interfere with the jobs she takes on and I am often not informed of these jobs. You, however, are. You are to be my eyes and ears. You will tell me what jobs she takes on and what she plans to do for said job." Your eyes turned bright blue and you said,

"You're seriously asking me to spy on my friends." He looked at you and said,

"In a way, yes." You sighed and closed your eyes, opening them to reveal they were back to there normal color of (e/c) as you said,

"Fine." Lachlan smirked and said,

"You're obedient....That's a good trait to have. Especially, when you're someone's pet." You glared at him and said,

"Don't call me your pet ever again."

Lachlan's POV

She glared at me for awhile before turning away from me and beginning to leave. As she left, I heard her mumble,

"Damn, Naga." I smirked and picked up the phone, dialed the number for the Dal, and when Trick answer, I said,

"I request an audience with you. Straight away." I heard him say,

"Well, I expected you to send your guards to come get me." I rolled my eyes and said,

"Just come to the throne room, now." He sighed and said,

"Fine, fine." I hung up the phone and sat down at my desk, opening up my book. The doors to the throne room opened and (Y/N) walked back into the room wearing (f/c) leather, like Bo, except her weapons were a bit different. Though she had a siracon like Bo, she had two twin swords that I did not recognize. One sword had a blue hilt with a sort of design of the moon on one side of the blade. The other had a red hilt with a design of the sun. Almost like the swords were opposite side of the same coin. She noticed me looking at the swords and she chuckled, pulling one out, saying,

"You like?" I looked at her and said,

"Impressive." She flipped the blade part into her gloved hand and handed me the sword. I grabbed it from her and said,

"Is this really necessary?" She hummed and said,

"Knowing the kind of jobs Bo does.....yes." I scoffed and said,

"Fine, fine. Go do your job. I expect nothing less that the best from you. Am I understood?" She glared at me and said,

"Yes. However, if I feed off of a human. Don't be mad." As she went to leave I grabbed her wrist and said,

"When was the last time you ate?" She looked at me and said,

"Two days ago." I sighed and said,

"Okay. I don't need your succubus side taking control of you during the assignment I gave you....so go on. Feed off of me." She looked at me wide eyed and said,

"What? Are you crazy?" I looked at her and said,

"I guess I am." She stepped towards me and her eyes turned blue. She pushed me back down on my desk and kissed me. Not out of love or lust, out of hunger. I felt her suck some of my chi from my body. She pulled away from me and said,

"Never again. Am I understood?" I felt slightly light headed as I said,

"We shall see." She glared at me before she turned and left. Not long after she left, Trick came into the room and said,

"What do you want, Lachlan?" I motioned for him to sit down and he did. I sat across from him and I said,

"Tell me what you know about (Y/N)." Trick looked at me and said,

"Why?" I leaned forward in my seat and said,

"She is a succubus. Also, I would like to know everything there is to know about my employees." Trick glared at me and said,

"Not all succubi are out to shed blood." I smirked and said,

"With the way Bo acts out....I couldn't tell. Now, I asked you about (Y/N)." Trick sighed and said,

"Fine. She's been a light fae since she was little. Though her parents were dark fae." I looked at him, confused, and said,

"Her family was dark fae and she's light fae. That doesn't make any sense." Trick shook his head and said,

"She refused to kill people without reason. She ran away. When she ran she met me. And she became a light fae. She stills says that's something she doesn't regret to this day." I hummed and said,

"Okay. What were her previous boyfriends like?" Trick raised a brow, at my question, and said,

"Mostly fae. She never was one on dating humans. Also, she likes to keep things professional between herself and anyone she works with." I nodded and said,

"Thank you, Trick. That'll be all. If you see (Y/N) at the Dal, tell her I said to come see me." Trick stood up and before he left he said,

"And what if I don't?" I shrugged and said,

"Either you will or you won't. If you do, great. If you don't, I still have ways to contact her." Trick nodded and said,

"Alright. Goodbye, Ash."
