Jojo's POV

"What are you looking at Clara?" I ask

She points to the box an my nightstand, "What's in there? And what are you hiding from me? Your always gone, Never home"

Should I tell her?

No.

But she deserves to know!

No.

Gosh so many things on my mind.

And I still haven't gone through the box yet.

"Let's just get going." I respond and pull her off the bed

"Fine. Don't tell me, but I'll find out for myself." She rolls her eyes and stomps out of the room

"No movie then?!" I ask

"Of course not meanie!!" Clara yells

"Yayyy!"

I run downstairs to the home phone and call Maddie

She quickly answers.

"I'll be over in 15 minutes, we've got to discuss some things. Tell Paige to come over too."

"Ok"

"So what does it say?" Maddie asks, anxiously

"Mads, I'm not even through your window yet."

"Why don't you just come through the front door?"

"Well," I say putting my feet on the floor "I'm grounded, and I can't hang out with my friends."

She nods

"So, I had to climb out my window, swing from a tree to get to your balcony and come through this window, while carrying a backpack full of clues."
I respond out of breath, throwing the backpack on her bed.

Maddie sits on her bed and grabs the bag, taking a deep breath.

I sit next to her.

"Where's Paige and Kenzie?"

"Kenzie got grounded for sneaking out so now she has to clean the whole house."

"And Paige?"

"She hasn't texted me back yet."

"Hm. Weird"

1 hour later

I silence spread through the room as Maddie and I lay on her bed thinking about everything that we found on Chloe's phone and computer.

"I can't believe she was blackmailed." I say breaking the quietness

Silence.

"Maddie?"

I snap my fingers in front of her face a couple times and she shoots up.

"The park!"

"What park?"

"Remember as kids, we used to play at the park behind our school and there was that big oak tree and the clue I bet that's where it is!"

"Omg yes!!" I say excitedly "let's go!"

We race downstairs to find my mom, Kelly and Melissa talking.

They all have worried looks, especially Kelly.

"What's wrong?"

Melissa takes a deep breath and talks,

"Paige is missing."
